This is my second car purchased from West Herr. My husband's first car was purchased from another dealer. It was wrecked and we were left with a total loss and we were left with debt. So we went to Jorge in the Jeep. He speaks Spanish. On a Saturday at 10 am, we left with the car after the paperwork at 4 pm. Anyway, this is the best place in Rochester to buy. Don't forget to go. They will always fight for your best interests and you will surely leave with the car you want. I recommend them 100

I wanna thank everyone at West Herr and thank Nathan for getting me into my Charger RT! It has been one of my dream cars for a long time now, I had a bomb salesman Mr.Nathan went above and beyond by making a video and taking any photo I requested of the car for me. My wife and I leased a new 2024 Toyota Tacoma on July 31st. We were very happy and impressed with our overall experience dealing with West Herr Toyota Dealership. We were very pleased with the personal attention we received from everyone we met in the various departments:Sales, Finance, and Service.
We have very high regard for Paul Williams who was our sale person. He was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us to find our new 2024 Tacoma SR5. He was very knowledgeable on the various vehicle models on the Toyota lot. Paul also assisted us to navigate through the paperwork necessary to lease our new Tacoma. This led to a more worry free and friendly experience. We would like to think we have found a new friend. We certainly would recommend Paul Williams and West Herr Toyota to others.
Paul also assisted us to obtain running boards for our new Tacoma. He made arrangements to have the Service department procure and install the boards. I met Ryan Kremer in the Service department who installed the running boards. He was very knowledgeable and friendly also.
My wife and I would feel good recommending West Herr Toyota to others interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I especially want to thank David for his effort in in making me feel comfortable with the transaction of changing the Lock system in my truck. Because of the danger in my case that the truck could have been stolen because of the Lost keys fob. He got the replacement parts in very very quickly and got me in with the replacement of those parts the next day which was fantastic. The whole transaction was very comfortable and worth it.
