Scheduled a week in advance to get an oil leak fixed on 7/18/24 @ 7:30 am. I got there was told to bring it back next day at 7:30 am. I was FINALLY informed the NEXT day 7/19/24 (when I should have been informed when I made the appointment) it would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I THINK because I'm living in my car he was scared I couldn't pay to have the work done, because NOW he was very thorough in letting me know about the fee.

The tech came back 20 min later told me what he "think" the problem is and recommend another shop that works on European cars. I was not even giving an estimate to fix my car. He did however only charge me $97 instead of $150 to tell me where I can take it. My car didn't change, it was European when i brought it in. If you don't fix European cars you should have told me.

Now I have to pay to have it diagnosed at the new shop, while I'm already doing bad financially. I feel taken advantage of. Do good people/shops exist anymore?!

They had to keep my car overnight for an oil change + inspection. I booked a 12:30 appointment and they called ten minutes before closing about needing to keep it overnight. Was told they don't follow their online scheduling and they needed it in the morning when picking up. I'd go elsewhere.

It's been my experience that it is tough for single woman to find a trustworthy garage and I am thrilled I have Walt's! I can always trust Walt's to do only the needed work and at a fair price. They also don't push selling their own products. For example, I brought my car in for an alignment and breaks. They said I didn't need brakes yet and did the alignment. They pointed out the sidewalls of my tires were cracking and tires should be a priority. While they do sell tires and offered a price, but only offered the price at my request. I have sent others there who have been equally happy.

I bought a vehicle from Walt's and couldn't be more pleased. I've been back a couple times for minor repairs. They are very honest, pleasant and do a great job at a fair price. Ray and Len are wonderful and I will only be using Walt's garage for my vehicle maintenance/repairs. I highly recommend this shop.

A very good friend of mine recommended Walt's Garage, and I'm glad I took his advice! Their mechanics are true professionals and everyone at Walt's treats their customers with respect and kindness. My experience over the past few years has been that of fair prices, no nonsense and excellent service. Walt's reminds me of the car repair shop that my uncle owned many years ago..... customers were comprised of families who had been with them for several generations and wouldn't go anywhere else!

What can I say about walts garage? I took my car in to get an alignment. They took my keys, took my car and "aligned" my car. After I picked it up the cars alignment was worse then when I picked it up! My whole car was vering to the right side. I called the shop back, they had me take my car back in to see what was wrong. Had me drive all the way back to the shop to tell me the alignment was off because I needed new tires, rather then letting me know I should get new tires before I get the alignment done. So I paid them 120$, just to have to buy two new tires now and pay for a whole new alignment! I was robbed and I advise anyone not to go there.

I had a bad experience here with the owner Ray and another gentleman. DO NOT take your vehicle here!!!!!!! It will not be fixed and you will not be treated with respect.
