Do not bring your vehicle here for Service. They will try and charge you a fee even though you have an extended warranty. They tried to, but I kept insisting that I had one and they said that they’ll do me a favor and not charge me a diagnostic fee. Hahaha what a joke. They dinged the driver side door, which they fixed. They do not protect your vehicle when working on it. They do not put plastic over the seats either when working on it. They scratched the front bumper, and do not want to fix this. And i just found out that my Quay sunglasses are missing. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle for service in Ontario. They are much better..

I was having some electrical issues with my car and so far getting it service has been a pleasant process with this dealership and location from scheduling to diagnostic. My service agent Marisol was so amazing and very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Her technician...Manuel I think was fast and efficient I was there less than 2 hours. The part was ordered and I able to continue working from the comfort of my home. So quick and efficient thank God! ?

Salesguys Frank and Chris were super friendly. I made sure I cut my visit short and did my research. After falling in love with a 2025 Elantra N Line, I made and offer that their manager refused. I give these guys credit....Frank really tried to make it happen. However, if it wasn't for this dealership I wouldn't have purchased this car. I love it! Unfortunately, I had to take a 4 hour drive in traffic to seal the deal with another Hyundai dealership who took my offer out the door. I'd definitely give these guys a shot if you live in the area. Thanks for all of your help boys!

I am sitting here at Victorville Hyundai waiting for Ramon. He was supposed to be back from lunch a hour ago. Just need to ask him a simple question. But it seems he is more interested in avoiding us. What does this tell you.? I will address my review once I speak with this Ramon. Well they completely refused to make things right with my granddaughter. They knowingly sold her a lemon . All we wanted was an opportunity to talk to the manager to see if we couldn’t make a deal on a different vehicle. They refused to talk with us. Please think twice before you buy at this dealership.

I have been coming to Hyundai Victorville for 19 years and have purchased 2 new Hyundais from them. Needless to say I have been very happy with them but this is my first review. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our service rep George Garcia! He sees our name on the appointment book and calls us and personally takes care of things. He accommodates our work schedule, makes sure the job gets done quickly and that we don’t pay for anything not necessary. He greets us like we are family and is always such a pleasure to talk to!

As of November the 4th, I spent multiple hours trying to get approved for financing a car. They left me with no choice and offered a "used" 2019 Tucson with small chips on the windshield and a burnt out low beam driver headlight after less than a week. I messaged the salesman Fransisco about this issue and claimed he told his manager about this and pretended to be unaware and say if I had done something to it which became a red flag.
Also some very shady acts when going through the finance department because of the GAP and finances the contracts of the car. The so-called MSRP on the car is way more than they promised on what the MSRP sticker on the car says. Also charging more on the Gap and extended warranty.
If shopping for a car please be careful when looking to finance or purchase a used car.

Ask for Mari Franco at the service station. She is always attentive, honest and friendly.
If you want a no pressure salesman that will make everything a breeze, ask for Victor.

(However he spells it)
After buying many vehicles at multiple dealerships, this is the worst "car buying" experience I've ever had.

I wish we would have read all the bad reviews before going.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership.
