I stayed in a TLA for 4.5 months here in Germany. I never had a single issue with my place. Nico was so responsive and friendly and made the entire stay smooth and easy. He is extremely organized with payments and VAT forms, and he accommodated multiple friends that I referred him to. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a TLA in the Ramstein area.

I would like to thank Nico for setting me up in such a warm little apartment in Mackenbach prior to my PCS. It had everything I needed (full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a little office space). The neighborhood was really quiet and it was just a short 8 minute drive to get to Ramstein AB. The other really nice touch is how Nico provided the use of a rental vehicle for free in the total billing for the unit!! Game changer since I sold the car I had back to the local dealer before I left for home. I would definitely contact Nico for this and any other unit he rents in town for a great deal and reliable transportation whether you are just arriving in Germany or leaving for the US as was in my case.

I cannot expressed how happy I am with my experience. I rarely ever leave a review but I feel the need to share my experience. Not only is this home beautiful, comfortable and in an awesome location but Nico is nothing short of professional and awesome.

I found myself in a difficult situation after being in another TLA for a month. In less than a week I had to find another place to live in for 7 more weeks until I was able to move into my permanent home. I spoke to many other TLA managers/owners and no one was willing to help me because my TQSA rate had dropped after the first 30 days. The minute I reached out to Nico and explained what was happening, he immediately reassured me that he was going to look at their availability and see what he could do for me. I was certain he wasn’t going to call back. However, less than 10 minutes later he called and said he had found a home for me to stay in! 🥳

I had tons of questions on the days leading up to my check in and during my stay. Nico answered them all and demonstrated an immense amount of patience. Saying that I am happy with my experience is definitely an understatement.

Nico has been spot on from the minute our flight landed. He was genuinely attentive to our needs. His level of professionalism is first class. What I liked most about Nico is how intuitive he was and continues to be especially when we brought problems to his attention. Upon arrival from the states we ran into all kinds of issues (instant migraine worthy issues...) but Nico was resilient and quick to respond. When our flight was canceled and we didn't know when we were going to fly out Nico said "no problem call me when you land." Nico? Will the taxi be able to get on base and accommodate 4 people with 12 suitcases? Nico "yes." When we flew in (last minute on a Saturday), the taxi was there waiting. When we arrived to our TLA home everything was as pictured and Nico was there to greet us. He also saw how tired we all looked, gave us a quick 5 minute walk through handed us the keys and said call me if you need anything (we called-he was always there). After our 14 day quarantine hey Nico!? We need a rental car!? Nico- " I will come get you tomorrow at 10am to pick up the rental." Nico is a true gentleman and while everything else may have been challenging such as picking up cars from Bremerhaven, searching for places to live on an OHA budget, registering vehicles, putting your kids in school without an approved housing contract etc. Nico was the ONE solid thing about this entire relocation.

While I cannot thank Nico enough, I can thank and recommend him for a stress-free TLA rental! So thank you Nico for all that was mentioned and undisclosed. My family and I appreciated everything you did to make us feel at home. We will never forget you!

Great place to stay for a TLA. My family of 8 had plenty of room and a kitchen, so we were at ease while finding a permanent house. Everything is nice and upgraded. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and clean. Nico is very professional. He has the kitchen stocked with pots and pans as well. Staying here took one less worry off my plate as we moved to Germany.

This TLA was everything I could ask for and more.
The house is clean and very spacious with plenty of rooms (5) and storage.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, and the dining room can accommodate 8 people which is adjacent to the living room.
The bathrooms have ample space and are very modern.
The yard and back patio have a pleasant view.
The TLA comes with internet, a land line phone for personal use and a rental car, which is a bonus feature.
I felt at home from the very 1st day.
Also, another bonus for me was the weekly housekeeping, and my trash being taken out on trash day plus the TLA is only 8 minutes from Raimstein AB.
Nico was extremely hospitable and accessible no matter what time I texted or called.
The TLA did not feet like a rental, it felt more like a home.
I highly recommend this TLA for anyone PCSing to Germany.

We were so lucky to find this TLA home. The house is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and very spacious. The house has a big yard too , plenty of parking space and playground for kids.
We also want to thank our host Niko for making our stay a very pleasant one. Niko is very professional and was on top of everything. Highly recommended!!!

The property was large, clean, and modern. Great amenities throughout the house, to include a trampoline, multiple TVs, and a nice balcony! Our property manager, Nico, was friendly, easy to get in touch with, and responsive to any requests. Altogether, you can't go wrong with staying here. We would have stayed longer, but another family had already made a reservation for the next month ahead of us.
