I just got recently back into Airsoft and the staff here has been amazing! My first day back, about a month ago, I played a full force session and I got chewed up pretty bad by a deleter and Michelle was kind enough to help me bandage my arm up so I could keep playing. And when I was in the market to buy my first handgun yesterday, Derek was an incredible help in providing me with insight as to which handgun to purchase, as well as which holster was suitable for the handgun I bought. I appreciated his honesty when he steered me away from a particular handgun due to it's lack of peripherals and helped me make an educated purchase towards a different handgun. He even went the extra mile and taught me how to wear the holster and personally helped me adjust the holster I had bought, all while helping out other customers as well. Great staff, fast paced games, and overall, amazing community!

Making friends the rest are nice. They treat me like I'm their little brother. They are very nice as already said. The but I just love it. They are not mean they are cool. They love me and under supposed to come in customer on Friday Saturday. Sunday, sometimes Monday. But I can't promise months like not on Mondays, but yeah, it's really fun.

We just hosted my sons 13th birthday party today!!! They has so much fun “owning” the place! They came and went at their leisure! I didn’t worry about older kids/adults shooting them! And the best review was at the end, none of them wanted to leave. They wanted to play more!!! We are now discussing having a “just for fun” day!! Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great, easy, fun experience!!!

a lot of people talk trash on this place, and I do sometimes understand their points, however it seems that most people who talk trash here were kicked out for either cheating or being stupid. I think with all these morons getting kicked and then pouting here in the reviews says something great about the staff team at Tac City. It really shows they are doing their job right because as a frequent player I do not feel comfortable playing with these people who cheat, feather, or be rude.

Anyways I have always had fun whenever I go to TacCity with the boys and have always had great interactions and moments with other players and refs. I have also had a lot of fun every time Brandon or Shorty are the ref as their boundary pushing objective/force themed game modes have been an absolute blast to learn and play.

I highly suggest this place to anybody who wants to get into airsoft and also wants to just have fun shooting their friends, just if you are going to be dumb then stay away this place. This place isn't for you.

My last time going was about 2 months ago. During that time it had been close to 4 years since I’ve been airsofting at the facility due to Covid and college. I did not know about the “new” arm band glow stick rule that determines which team you were in. When I was buying my ticket I had told the ref “it’s my first time since 4 years is there anything new I should know about before playing?” And he confidently told me I was good then he proceeded selling me a ticket. By the time I Chrono and was waiting to be put in a team another ref came up to me saying I couldn’t play because I didn’t have the glow arm band on me. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy one which I left the game to go buy one but because the place was barely opening I had to wait a good 40 min just to buy an armband. This could have been avoided if the ref selling me the ticket had asked me if I had and needed a glow band since I told him it’s my first time in 4 years which back then you didn’t need one . And the overall day consisted of cheaters and unfair calls from the refs. I understand the place is mainly built for speedqb but come on those people that just spray and pray while running and gunning just ruin the fun especially the ones that don’t call their hits. And ofc the refs are so bias when it comes to certain players. You can tell some of the players knew and were friends with the refs so the refs would make sure they were put into good teams and would only focus on their needs.

My 13 year old son has been wanting to get into airssoft for a long time now, and I recently brought him here for his 1st experience playing. He had a good time with his cousins playing the game. Players were friendly and all good sports. The ref was fair and judged the games well.

But the staff manning the front is a very different story. None of them were polite, patient, or customer service oriented. Some of the staff didn't even really seem to know the rules or policies of the company. Borrowing eye protection to walk the catwalk to observe was like trying check out a real rifle from the armory. My biggest pet peeve, though, was the staff member who acts like he is a tier one operator. Guy walks around with an airsoft gun holstered to his side, acting like he just killed Osama Bin Laden yesterday. In my experience, guys who act like this are pogues or posers. I simply can't stand people like this.

Fields fun to play. But if it wasn’t for the cheap military tickets I wouldn’t come back. The wait times are a little ridiculous waited over two hours after paying to even run a single game. Got kicked out due to foul language when no curses were said lol.

Went here a few months ago and I have to say it was possibly one of the worst experiences of airsoft I’ve ever had. Firstly, never have I been to a airsoft place where you aren’t allowed to “run” on the field I mean what’s the point that’s part of the fun running and shooting for cover. Second, their “limited range of engagement” rule is ridiculous I’d say bang bang to someone and they’d just light me up saying I was out for to the point where I stopped using the rule altogether and I was the one kicked out for it, the former place I used to go to tried the same exact thing but immediately got rid of it due to the absolute frustration it caused. Then the ref wouldn’t even let me explain to him what I had just said just immediately kicked out for “foul language”
