Ive been calling around asking for a very specific guitar. When I called Styles Music, even though they didn’t have what I wanted, they were extremely polite and helpful. I normally wouldn’t leave a nice review for something simple like this, but other places I’ve called have been straight up rude - acting as though they can’t be bothered. Glad to see kind helpful people still exist.

I’m a self taught guitarist and have been playing for about six years on and off, and I hit a point where I felt I plateaued so I decided to take some lessons. A lot of different places I called were very pricey and also required like a monthly subscription/contract based thing which sucks if u have commitment issues. I decided to inquire here about lessons, they said one 30 minute lesson is $35 which is VERY fair (and doesn’t trap u in a conservatorship w the establishment) . I took a class with Nick, and I LOVED it so much. I felt the class was very well structured. Instead of wanting money, he seemed genuinely interested in learning about me as a musician. We went over some things that I wanted to improve on and I think his teaching style meshed well with my learning style because the things that I couldn’t figure out just clicked for me when I went home to practice. I definitely will be going back for sure when I save up more money and I recommend taking classes here for anyone interested in learning something new. The prices are very fair and my instructor Nick was super awesome and knowledgeable.

Lou and the staff at Styles Music are true professionals. The customer service and pricing are absolutely unsurpassed! I just dropped in to look for a used acoustic guitar and was shocked to see how great the prices on NEW acoustics are. Suffice it to say that I couldn't pass it up! A giant "Thank You" to Lou for pointing me in the right direction.

This place reflects true integrity and customer service.. It's like going back in time. I just bought a PA system for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere! Lou and staff show Covid awareness at all times. I'm ordering Drums next month..I'm always welcome to come by and hang out! So are you!

Buying a new guitar can be daunting and intimidating, especially if you're looking to branch out into something new and aren't really sure what you're looking for. After spending a few awkward hours playing poorly maintained & out-of-tune Fenders & Gibsons at the bigger stores (GC & SA), I finally stopped into Styles music.

The selection is smaller, but actually way more varied (who needs try 30 Squires when they all feel the same anyway). Also all the nice stuff isn't hung up 15 feet on a wall, so I got to play way nicer stuff than I did elsewhere.

On top of that, Greg & Lou are not only super knowledgeable, but super helpful as well. Greg put a few guitars in my hand I wouldn't have considered, and I ended up loving them! They were also super patient; I made three separate trips to confirm the guitar I wanted, and they even let me bring my rig in during my last visit to make sure the guitar sounded great with the rest of my set.

I'm loving my new PRS, and they even gave me a good deal to trade in some of my old gear as well. I can honestly say I have zero buyer's remorse, which is not common for me. Thank you Greg & Lou!

No pressure sales and I was not given any up selling spiel. This shop is the real deal ?. All kinds of instruments too. If they didn't have it, they had no problem in ordering! They are an absolute treasure and favorite to the foothill community!!?
