This community is perfect—quiet and conveniently close to everything the city offers. Shout out to Melvin Coleman, who has been truly exceptional! His customer service skills are top-notch; he's incredibly helpful, welcoming, and impressively knowledgeable about every aspect of leasing! Despite my numerous questions during the moving-in process, Melvin remained patient and professional at all times.

I'm particularly impressed with the amenities which are crucial for me as I value a comfortable and accommodating work environment. Additionally, the floor-to-ceiling windows in my home provide stunning views and ample natural light, adding to the appeal.

I'm absolutely thrilled to call Sentral DTLA my second home, especially with my frequent travels between Atlanta and LA.

Scheduled a tour to see these apartments and if it wasn’t bad enough that they didn’t start my tour until 2:20 when my appointment was at 1:45pm. The tour guide Sowie was very rude to me when I didn’t know what budget I wanted to be around due to me not living here in California, which I explained to him. He said well you have to know, or else you’re wasting my time, and I can’t help you. I explained to him that I will pay whatever the price of the apartment is here. I have no budget he went back and forth with me, and got upset and gave me a tour with the worst attitude ever. I was amazed! Because that shows me the management has to be bad if that was my experience and I don’t even live here. It’s almost like an entitlement he had, he didn’t talk to us the entire tour, and it was very obvious he dreaded doing the tour. However the apartments are beautiful, but I will not be able to stay here due to the terrible attitude! The only way I would possible sign is if I didn’t have to work with sowie

I just renewed my lease at Sentral 755 with the help of the incredible staff that make it feel like home everyday. I can’t mention Stan enough. He with went above and beyond for me when I was in the midst of a crisis. Crisis is an understatement. Having planned to move out, on the last day of my lease, I desperately needed and wanted to stay and Stan made that happen for me. His kindness, care and urgency for my situation will genuinely stay with me forever, and meant more to me than I think I could ever express. Stan’s aura is unmatched, we are lucky to have him. In a moment where I truly needed help, I was saved by the combined efforts of the dedicated staff here at Sentral 755. It wouldn’t have happened either without Jeanne, the angel who squeezed me in with the office on one of the busiest days. Another amazing human is Melvin, who is just a beacon of good energy, I could always count on him to get advice and answers from anytime.

Sentral is not just an apartment building, it’s a diverse community filled with real, humble, unique, kind, caring, and hilarious people where you can really feel like your home.

Bonus things; the gym, pool and hot tub are fire. the walls here are super thick and sound proof. the lobby and elevator always smell good. the maintenance staff is speedy, friendly and efficient. last but not least, the security staff are so attentive, accessible and even fun to talk to.

Oh, the parties here are lit too. Nitara threw the sickest halloween party last week. What happens at sentral stays at sentral.

I want to say that Sentral building is not only a beautiful building. It's an amazing place to live with so many wonderful amenities. What's even more wonderful is the staff. Ahmad, Sophia and Melvin were so attentive and went above and beyond to assist me with an issue. And everyone from maintenance, front desk and management is always so friendly. I am more than happy to be part of this wonderful community. Highly recommend living in this building.

I stumbled upon Sentral DTLA on a Saturday after spotting yellow balloons on Spring Street and thought, why not check it out? Little did I know I'd regret this impromptu decision – because I didn't expect the tour to be so amazing! The open house for one of the penthouses, organized by the incredible Stan, was more than just a tour; it was a luxurious and engaging experience. We even got to make our own bouquets to take home, which made the place feel even more welcoming. I truly enjoyed learning about the property and can't wait for my lease to be up so I can rent at Sentral DTLA.

This community is such a vibe ! I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Mr Melvin and he showed me everything it had to offer. From the rooms with amazing views, and the stellar amenities all the way down to the breakfast eatery on the corner that has thee best breakfast burritos:) He really took his time and customized the experience for me. He took his time to listen to what I needed as I explained that I needed a short term rental while visiting LA. I am so excited to have found a comfortable place to call home in the downtown LA area!

I really enjoyed living here for the first 9 months and loved my apartment. However the building very quickly became a party building and AirBnB spot. I saw music videos being filmed in jacuzzi's, pornography being filmed, while yes were in the middle of DTLA there were shootings, including one at a party in the sister building across the street, residents letting dogs urinate and defecate on hallway carpets - the place was utter chaos towards the end with these short rentals. Since I moved out I have been chasing down Sentral and 755 for the return of my deposit and I am still waiting a year later. They are quick enough to get you into the property by showing you all the amazing amenities on site, offering leasing deals and extensions, but once you move out they give you the run around and do not reply to emails - even head office are now swerving me. Save your money and find a better management company.
