While many reviews highlight the sales and finance department at Santa Margarita Toyota, I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on their outstanding parts and service team. My experience with Noel, Joshua, and Becca has been nothing short of exceptional.

Noel in the parts department is an absolute rock star. His extensive knowledge about aftermarket parts has undoubtedly saved me from many potential headaches with my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to choose the perfect lift kit, allowing me to run 35s with zero rubbing. He really knows his stuff.

Joshua also deserves a huge shout-out. He has patiently answered all my questions—no matter how many I had—and never made me feel like a nuisance. Every time I ring that bell, I half-expect him to run and hide, but he always greets me with a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to help.

Additionally, Becca at the service desk impressed me with her ability to work within my ridiculously tight time constraints. To my surprise, she got everything done ahead of schedule.

Im from San Francisco and I flew to SoCal to purchase the car with Santa Margarita. It was such a long journey but I finally got my Rav4 Prime XSE with Premium package!!! Definitely no Markup and there was an EZ price. I appreciate everything you guys have done!! Karen gave me an updated about my car since day 1 until it arrived at port. Went here for service for my Toyota. The service itself went well and I was happy with it. However, I asked the advisor that they NOT wash the car. I am a detailer and I meticulously hand wash my cars. Tunnel washes use brushes that scratch the paint, and touchless washes use high pH soaps that strip off wax. I even put a sticky note next to the gear selector to ask for no wash. To my surprise, when I picked up the vehicle it had water on it and clearly had been washed.

Where would I start? I had always had great experiences at RSM Toyota, specially in the service department. However, during my son’s journey while buying a Camry, he experienced some ups and downs. Until, we met Alec Polatyan, product specialist and Army Veteran. He was very friendly and helpful.
