Joey and I had a huge maple tree and another tree taken down today by S & S Property Maintenance. Hurricane Helene caused a lot of wind damage to the trees that were honestly in really rough shape to begin with and we were very concerned for the safety of our cars, kids, and people walking by. Steve, the owner, came out within 15 minutes of calling him for a quote (no exaggeration), gave us our options for our budget, and was able to get us on the schedule immediately.

S & S was EXTREMELY affordable, professional, they did an awesome job cleaning up and our yard looks fantastic. We really appreciated how neatly they stacked the wood and cleaned up after themselves.

He showed up right on time today, with a crew of very efficient guys. It was a treat to watch the climber scale the trees and hearing Rowan yell "TIMBERRR!!!"

Hopefully we never have to have any more trees taken down, but if we do, we will not hesitate to give Steve a call and can not recommend his company enough.

I had a tree fall down across my driveway and I called several places and they all told me it would be a week or so before they could get out to remove the debris. I called S&S, they came right away, gave me a fair price and did the work. They did an awesome job, cleaned everything up and the crew was very kind and respectful. I would call them again and would also recommend them.

Two days after I contacted Steven (owner) the job was done Excellent communication ,really nice to have the owner answer when you call with a question. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a big job or a small one done. Cleaned up the branches that were touching my house as well as the neighbors house

We had been waiting for months for another tree trimmer to show up. Met Steven as he was quoting my neighbor’s tree. He was great, followed through on the quote and time frame he gave me. They showed up 2 days later and did a phenomenal job. The trimming was just as we talked about and done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend them for any tree work you require. Great price and hardworking crew, honest, and follows through on his word.

I called the number yesterday (day after Christmas) to see if he could check out a large maple in my backyard this week. He returned my call 75 minutes later and arrived 90 minutes after that to provide a quote for removing the tree.

Since I had read the reviews here and he was able to get the work done today, I decided to not get other estimates.

I'm not sure how many guys were part of the crew, but within 4 hours, the tree was down, stump chipped up, wood stacked, a different stump removed, another tree trimmed, gutters cleaned out, and lawn raked and cleaned up.

This was the first time I've ever needed a tree removed and Steve made the process simple for me as the homeowner.

Would someone else have done the job cheaper? I don't know. What I do know is that I'd hire this hard-working and respectful crew again!

As a parrot owner I get asked ALOT does Maverick fly? Yes until today, Sunday Mav showed us how well he flies by flying away to multiple trees 40+ feet high having a great time! I on the other hand was not. We live next to a train, we have many hawks and cats and other animals that could harm him. This started Sunday and ended around 4-5 pm on Monday.
S&S PROPERTY MAINTENANCE sent out a man by the name of Ace who brought home Maverick after 2 days. If you ever have any landscaping needs I can not brag about these great people enough! He was so kind to my bird! I can believe how fast the job came to an end absolutely the best tree climber around.I will only every use this landscaping company due to their customer service! I called every tree company Google offered many offered to help but the only on with follow through was this company. Thank you everyone for really showing up to help I owe you!! ❤️ I'm blessed, Mav is safe and sleepy and everyone at home is too. I'm just happy knowing he is sleeping at home again!

Had a large tree limb fall and needed quick removal so I contacted S&S to get a quote. S&S was very professional and had great customer service. From the first conversation with Steven to discussing the quote with Ben and then having the crew come to my house to remove the tree I was highly satisfied and felt at ease. Highly recommend Steven and his crew.
