Fellow Citizens and Consumers alike,
It is with a somewhat heavy heart that I give Sean & Co. a 1 out of 5 star rating. Ironically, it has nothing to do with his quality of work, but rather it has to do with his lack of professional courtesy and follow through. In other words, Sean never met me at his place of business for our scheduled appt. Furthermore, he never followed through on a subsequent "I'll call you back" tm. 😪...
Consequently, I don't recommend S & R Detailing to anyone that I know and/or meet.
Update to my previous review of Sean at S &R Detailing:
Despite our previous falling out based on a scheduled Interior Detail Appt. for our vehicle which never occurred, I decided to attempt to make contact with Sean in order to apologize for my part in the previous situation. Unfortunately, Sean wasn't to receptive to my apology at that time. Regardless, I decided to persevere and try to talk with Sean again some days to weeks later. This time, he was receptive to my apology and also apologized for his part in our previous disagreement. 😁...

Shawn and Mike did an outstanding job once again. S&R took a truck I had just purchased that already looked great and pushed it to the next level! Never thought it could look better but it did. Shawn is the only detailer who has ever done my automobiles and will continue to be the only one. Great service promised and proven. Give em a try you wont be sorry!

Shawn and his crew has been detailing our cars, boats, trucks and motorcycle for the last 15 years, when we moved here. We tried everybody arround and we think he is the best.
Strong automotive knowledge allows them to go beyond a regular detail job.

Sean just finished my 21’ Chaparral and it came out beautifully. He replaced an anchor latch, lower unit foil, and a depth gage in the dash. All canvas snaps were replaced also. I will definitely use him again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. They made guarantees and then did not stand behind their work. Promised to "make good" on their poor workmanship then refused after multiple calls and became rude and insulting. Run the other way!
