Dr. Payne is knowledgeable, patient, listens to my concerns and includes me in my patient plan. He is one of my best doctors. He answered my questions in a way I understood and makes you very comfortable. The office staff are all helpful and engaging. An excellent example of how an office should be run. I'd give more stars if I could! Oh well.....I'll just give 10 stars anyway!! Thank you Dr. Payne and staff.

I broke my wrist after falling a few months ago and had Dr Payne perform surgery to fix it. After the insertion of the plate/screws, my recovery has been great. Dr Payne has a great presence and explains everything in an easily understandable way. The PT in this building after surgery has been easy and got me back up and running. I still feel like there is some time to go, but I am well on the way to being better than before. I would definitely recommend going to Dr Payne for any wrist problems.

Everyone is caring, I was worked in today, my visit was great. Dr. H.Payne was so caring and I love both Dr. Payne and Dr. Seiler are both amazing surgeons . Staff is always so helpful. They are great!

Professional, knowledgeable and understanding! I was out-of-town, fell and broke my wrist. From the moment I called to set-up an appointment this staff was sympathetic, actively listened to my concerns and gave me peace of mind while I was still on the phone. They checked with the Dr and stated I did NOT need to rush home. I could see them when I returned.
Once in the office, the staff, from check-in, being taken into room, and getting X-rays, was incredible. They truly enjoyed being at work and helping people.
Dr Payne has an amazing bed-side manner. He thoroughly explained my break, and actively listened to my concerns. His knowledge on this particular break was impressive. Dr Payne is a true professional!!!
Definitely recommend going to this practice for any hand, elbow and shoulder issues!!
