Pizza Hut - Bradenton, Florida

I was really looking forward to enjoying a stuffed crust pizza and decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance to prove themselves. And did they improve themselves in a bad way. First pizza I ordered it was swimming in grease. I called and waited 5 mins before someone finally talked to me. I was told to bring back the pizza and I would be given a new one. I showed the pizza to an employee and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I received the new pizza. when I received the pizza and brought it to my car I looked at it and assumed it looked good. As I go to grab the sauce the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. They literally made little cut marks in the crust and that was it. I had asked for extra sauce on my original order and they definitely added EXTRA SAUCE. It was so much sauce that when I went to grab a slice all the topping fell off. At this point I ate a few slices not even whole slices just ended up eating the crust of what I had eaten and then threw it out. I wasn’t trying to go back up to complain about a pizza for a third time because after that it was well after 7:30 and I didn’t to keep driving back and forth for a pizza that could possibly be wrong again. I called the next day and spoke with the “store manager”. Let’s just say he didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I said I threw the pizza out and had clear pictures of what the pizza looked like as proof that they didn’t even cut the pizza. He told me.I wasn’t making sense and if I didn’t have the pizza I cannot be issued a refund. The interaction I had with him was pretty rude. Never thought a store manager would talk to a customer like that expressing that they simply did not want to drive up again to get another pizza remade. I thought I could handle it in the morning because I was exhausted from driving back and forth so much. This is definitely the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut again. I hope for some improvement from this Pizza Hut because some of the staff can be pretty rude including this supposed manager I talked to.

Placed online delivery order. They completely screwed up my order up. Tried repeatedly to call the store- they would not answer and I kept getting diverted to the call center who once, told me to keep trying to call the store and then the second time I was put on hold then hung up on. Wrong pizzas, out $55 and absolutely disgraceful customer service. Completely unprofessional and moronic management .

If you want your pizza kinda smashed, order it here. This was my first order from this store and quite possibly my last. There are plenty of other pizza choices in town so it'll be tough to dial their number again.
I will give them points for a quick delivery and the pizza tasted good but it looks as if it was carried sideways or possibly dropped.
Fast forward to January 2024 and I've changed my star rating to one star. I'd put zero if I could...
After 3 years I decided to give them another chance and it was a waste of time and money. I ordered online and picked it up, and regretted that from the second I opened the box. One half of the pizza was over cooked and dry tasting, I almost threw it out.
Back in the day Pizza Hut was considered a treat but they've really gone from treat to trash.

Never again will any Pizza Hut get my business!!!

We ordered several of the new personal pan pizza and sides. One of the pizzas came with the wrong toppings and one I REFUSE to eat. Wouldn't even touch it if you picked it off.

I called back and asked they remake a single personal pan pizza and deliver, and they did!

Seems like such a minor thing, but I had just had mouth surgery earlier that day and was recovering when we ordered this as the easiest option for everyone since I was unable to drive and we have little ones at home.

Special thank you to the team for making up for the mix up! Much appreciated ?

Terrible service hands down worst service I've ever gotten. Don't even bother. Went to make a take out order at 7pm and the doors were locked, when I called they answered and hung up after getting my phone number. Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst experience I've ever had it any pizza place first they didn't have change I might order came out to something dollars and 10 cents so they screwed me out of 90 cents off the bat right away cuz they wouldn't give me any kind of change back and it wouldn't give me a dollar bill which is their responsibility to have change then they made me wait even though my order was ready almost an hour why my food just sitting again cold and soggy then with my mouth so they didn't give me half the meat that I was supposed to be on a meat lovers they gave me some pepperoni and a couple pieces of sausage and gave me attitude the whole time they didn't give me my sauce that's supposed to come with the milk and it's like they just flung it in then box or something. The manager was very disrespectful the employees acting like they were going to get wrote up for not giving me a dollar bill back so I got screwed up the money got screwed on the service got screwed on them portions of food and got screwed on the respect that was the worst ever that I've ever experienced with the Pizza Hut on 14th Street I'm not sure if I ever want to go back

I would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said "I do now want the banana peppers" the person I was talking to said "I'll fix it!" and hung up.
Even though I had requested contact-less pick up I went into the store to get my order to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had typed in half pepperoni for one of the pizzas and both of the pizzas had full pepperoni. Someone at the store said it was not on the order, and showed me the receipt which did not specify half pepperoni. I have no idea where my request disappeared to, but I did type it in. I was then offered a credit for the peppers and the extra cheese, and finally a credit for the pizza. I refused and left the store stating that I would find somewhere else to order pizza.
I called back later to speak with the manager since the second pizza which had extra cheese added was under-cooked and cold. I was not offered any other incentive to return to the store and when I said I would be giving a bad review there was no concern from the manager and a very flippant attitude.
I would also like to mention that the garlic Parmesan wings that were ordered and received were covered with cold garlic butter with Parmesan cheese mixed in and were not tossed as wings should be. There was just a clump of butter on top of the wings.
As I said before, I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend it to others.

In all the years I've eaten pizza hut breadsticks, our bacon cheese breadsticks were AMAZING....our food delivered hot and accurate!! Thank you! Restoring my faith in pizza hit once again ?
