I just had the most wonderful interaction with Linda from beauty. I had a Dr. Dennis Gross light therapy mask that stopped charging and working properly, and Linda helped me exchange the mask. She also gave me great advice when I told her I had started getting acne the last year and helped teach me how to use the products I was taking home to help reduce it before I have my first dermatologist appointment in a few weeks. Lastly, she gave me a sample bag that contains what I will absolutely be switching my perfume to immediately, and I can’t wait to try some of the serums and moisturizers. The kindness and absolute joy and passion for what she does truly made my experience today at Nordstrom and she has reminded me why I’m such a loyal customer. Thank you Linda!!
