I had come in to return a pair of shoes that had caused a lot of payment issues with the online purchase. The employees were very good at helping the line move and while I waited I watched as they helped a man with a purchase order from another store as well. The manager Cathy was very welcoming and knowledgeable in how to handle my order situation. Way better than when I had contacted customer service by phone. She got my issue resolved going out of her way on a busy day while still multitasking. Love great customer service.

Very nice shopping experience very professional staff. friendly staff I went looking for a Yankee shirt. But they didn't have much of a selection. However I managed to get a pair of punching bag gloves and a weightlifting belt. Good quality merchandise,

I am going on a cruise with my family and was looking for some clothes to wear last Saturday. You have an exceptional staff there, her name is Giselle Q. I bought some pants, swimming shorts and shirts she was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to locations of items, prices
and the overall experience was great. I did not want to make 3 "trips" out the change room and to be honest was a little irritated by the fact. I do understand policy is policy and she was a polite while letting me know this. She truly is wonderful!

They were okay. Minimally guided me to the product i needed. Security guard was more courteous than the sales clerk. Sales clerk didn't seem enthused about directing me to the downstairs floor.

This location the merchandise is neatly pack . Environment okay. The service to me not the best. I asked one associate for a product she pointed me to the bottom floor. While there I ask an associate for what I am looking for. He moved to one section I followed him only to see it did not had what I asked for. So I asked him again he ignored me and turned and service another customer and walked away leaving me standing there. I looked around in the area in which I was then walked my way out the store. I would not go back at this location.

I can totally understand why they are closing. You would think that after knowing an establishment that your currently are working for, one would be more courteous. Well that wasnt the case. The nicest people in there was the security guard and the cashier. The sneaker boys and stock boys were lazy and unprofessional. Sales are ok, but workers need more training.

I must say, there's a reason why this place is empty most of the time. No one likes to go here. The customer service reps suck and some of the cashiers are just aloof. Management isn't much better. It's an all around bad experience. I literally helped a person I went with find what she needed and in her size before anyone of the reps even said good afternoon or can I help you. Totally disgusted by this.
