Our sales representative, Robert Ponce, was very knowledgeable and professional. He acted on the behalf of myself and the seller and made it a very good purchasing experience. I was very impressed that he flew up to Annapolis from Miami to show the boat with the seller. Felt like I got a real nice boat at a good buy. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Top notch operation all went as planned. I flew from California to Miami and Met Robert Ponce, The broker from Merril Stevens. I looked at three 54’ sportfishing boats in Miami and felt confident about the quality of vessels he and Merril Stevens represent. Robert is a true mover and a shaker. He is very connected with the marine industry and has been for decades. His stories of his experience over the years were funny, entertaining and educational. I made the mistake of allowing myself only 5 days to select a boat, negotiate a deal, sea trial, survey with haul, line up insurance and transport of vessel back to California. Robert made it all happen flawlessly. Whatever your needs maybe, Robert will deliver. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a fun experience purchasing a boat.
