This place made my dreams come true. Everyone who works at m care has always been so pleasant from the receptionist, to the doctors and phlebotomists. They make a scary thing like going to the doctor comfortable and more welcoming than any other doctors office I've experienced. I have recommended this place to many people including my finance who always enjoys going to the doctor with me to look at the fish, admire all of the murals In every room and reading all of the pamphlets with resources and safe places for queer people.

Cannot recommend enough if you are in the Wichita area and especially if you are seeking gender-affirming care. Staff is very caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to every patient's concerns. I've been going there for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say about Amanda and her team <3

Have somebody who has dealt with doctors ignoring me for decades I have developed an absolute fear of going to the doctor. So bad in fact that I had to have my husband come with me to my first appointment even though I'm 57 years old. After meeting with Tiffany and her ma today I will no longer be needing my emotional support has been for future appointments. Bonus is that I really feel for the first time that somebody cares enough to figure out why I have the pain I have. I would recommend this place to everybody

Was in for labs today. Each and every staff were so cheerful and courteous. I was seen on time and out the door in 20 minutes. I am a very busy woman and this level of service allows me to be successful in my career. Bottom line is the staff at M-Care are always very friendly and helpful.

My first visit was warm and welcoming. They are caring, welcoming, positive energy, and there rooms are so colorful with amazing art work. My doctor was hands down amazing made me laugh and made me feel welcome and heard.

This doctors office is not reliable for on-time communication and when they do communicate it’s not very helpful. They pressure people into doing labs and appointments even though the patient expresses that they don’t make enough money to pay for bills constantly. When I’ve contacted them on the patient portal they weren’t welcoming or gentle and kept telling me to set more appointments. The doctor I went to was kind but didn’t seem to know what she was doing when prescribing medications and didn’t warn me of side effects for medications. I asked for medication refills but since I had to cancel my appointments they wouldn’t refill my medications which I think is dangerous and inconsiderate for the patient! They had a nice fish tank though 🙂

I do love this place and they have made so much happen for me and I’ve been happy with my care but it is hard to be happy with them when they are almost impossible to reach them I can’t access the patient portal so how am I supposed to get an appointment when they never pick up the phone or return a voicemail I don’t want to have to use my gas just to go make an appointment that I could just simply call for a lot of the time I find myself waiting a week or two to even get a response 🙁

Very nice and easy to work with. Had 1 physical appointment to get started, then since I live out of town everything else has been virtual and it's been really easy. The staff really cares and is really helpful. Highly recommend.
