I bought a queen memory foam mattress here 12 years ago and had a wonderful experience with Penny (which I still have the review up on Yelp). I decided to upgrade to a king mattress and after visiting several mattress stores in LA I was disappointed with how other stores were jacking up prices while the beds were just ok. I remembered this place from my first purchase and decided to come back. This place is still hands down the best price in LA with the best quality brands. When I came to check this place out again, I only had about 15 minutes to just quickly look at the inventory before heading to an appointment. At this point I already knew what kind of bed I wanted and price point. Joe was the one who greeted and helped me. He is a kind, honest and good man! Within those 15 minutes he matched me to the perfect mattress, had the best sale prices in the city, AND honored my budget. He threw in the box frame for free and had delivered the mattress within a week. He also did my transaction in 2 minutes so that I could make it to my appointment in time. This is THE BEST mom and pop shop to support! My experience with Joe solidified that this store wasn't just a lucky experience 12 years ago. I will definitely continue to tell friends and family to come here.

Where do I begin? Joe and his team are, in a word, excellent!

After we moved into our new home, I went out to LA to visit a friend to go mattress shopping and that is when I was introduced to Mattress King. As luck would have it, I tried out a couple of mattresses while my friend shopped and remembered my favorite. Shortly after returning home, I was having trouble getting a good night's sleep and found that my mattress of 20 years was ready to retire. We visited a number of local shops to try and find a good fit, and had no luck.

I then thought of how my friend in LA had such a positive experience with Mattress King: excellent customer service, thorough product knowledge, affordable prices, and the honesty/character of Joe and his team was beyond reproach. I also remembered the mattress I liked, and was disappointed to find that none of my local stores carried the model.

I should have called Mattress King first. I just wasn't sure if they could help me as I live in Northern Wisconsin, approximately 2,200 miles away. I couldn't have been more wrong! Joe gave me excellent recommendations based on my bed frame and my physical needs (bad back); it turns out, the mattress I liked would fit my frame perfectly, and Joe still had it in stock. Joe assured me that my location would not matter and that they would provide the same level of service no matter my ZIP code. My new mattress arrived as anticipated and we couldn't be happier! The whole experience was as smooth as silk!

I will definitely be calling Mattress King for my next mattress purchase, and so should you!
