I originally gave Mracing 3 stars, then after I had the bike re-tuned (Because Mracing didn't tune it correctly) I was forced to downgrade the review.

Mracing was contracted to execute a top end build on my 2007 Suzuki Bandit, which included sending it out the head for resurfacing to increase compression, cutting valves, etc. Here are the salient points of my experience with them:

1. Picked up the bike and it performed terribly. No way how they wouldn't have known this if they just tested the bike after all the work (and thousands I paid them). Only after taking it to SocalSuperbike in Garden Grove (5 stars out of 5 there) did I learn why. Poor tuning and a bad fuel pump that stuttered above 7K and it was very noticable. The bike was lean from mid to redline (which also hurts longevity). After SocalSuperbike re-tuned it, everything changed. The charts tell the story, got almost 3 seconds gain in acceleration to redline (same 140 HP) which makes a huge difference. Cost $450 more that I wouldn't have had to pay if MRacing tuned it properly in the first place. Attached is the baseline tune from Mracing in blue (Notice how long it takes to get to full HP) vs the red line tune from SoCalSuperbike. It feels as dramatic as it looks. That alone should give anyeone pause.

2. The same rattling sound I brought the bike in for which somehow they say they didn't hear during the time it was in the shop (almost a year). While they could hear it before I brought it in and right after I picked it up but not during is preplexing.

3. Bike required a TRE and other adjustments to the tune that they forgot to make to get mid-range to to the point I considered better than how it was (success but why did I have to discover that and not Dave).

I went to M Racing on 6/8/2021 to get new tires. When David came out to get the tire sizes, I mentioned that my brakes might need to be replaced also as they were 7 years old. David inspected my brakes and asked me if I had any problems with braking because there was still plenty of pad left. I was immediately impressed because he could have sold me a brake job that I really didn't need. After finding me a set of tires that are not only better than the ones I had on, but they were less expensive also, we set an appointment for Sat 6/12 to get them installed. On 6/10 I happened to stop by and he informed me that my tires had just come in and asked if I would like them mounted now. After the tires were mounted, the mechanic (unfortunately I did not get his name) took the time to show me a few things that I was neglecting in my diy maintenance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The total price matched the estimate and I was on my way in no time. As long as I have my bike, M Racing will be doing the service.

Went in to install brake lines and they got it done. They look great and work well. They also took care of removing a broken bolt I had on a rearset bracket and they put better hardware for the bracket. I was happy with the service. David went over everything and had notes for some small issues with the bike they noticed that should eventually be taken care of or to keep an eye on.

Needed a couple things for my bike and didn't want to wait for shipping. They had exactly what I was looking for. Had a couple questions about how some parts of the bike worked they were very helpful, answered my questions and steered me in the right direction. If my bike ever has a problem I can't figure out I'd feel comfortable and confident bringing it to them.
