Great service and attention from staff, very professional and make you feel at ease. Dr.Mandel did the Balloon sinuplasty, septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction, and minimally Invasive Palate Stiffening. It was a success! I no longer use the cpap machine to sleep. I went from 35 events per hour to 4.8 events, from severe to mild. No need for oral appliance or machine.. Thank you Dr.Lee Mandel.

Dr. Lee Mandel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Having previously seen two other ENTs, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the assessments and evaluations conducted before meeting with Dr. Mandel. This streamlined approach ensured that all necessary information was readily available for our appointment. Dr. Mandel's personal assessment, further solidified my confidence in his expertise. His efficiency in scheduling surgery/appointments promptly was impressive, and the entire process was remarkably fast. I appreciated the minimal wait times for appointments and the thoughtful touch of complimentary water bottles in the lobby. Before the surgery, Dr. Mandel's kindness and assurance put me at ease, and I felt incredibly well-cared for. While the medication regimen post-surgery was substantial (at first), I valued his thoroughness and trusted his judgment implicitly. Following the surgery, I experienced NO bruising and only mild-moderate discomfort, a testament to Dr. Mandel's skill and precision. His proactive decision to send a piece of septum cartilage for pathology, which ultimately came back normal, demonstrated his commitment to thorough care. Overall, Dr. Mandel's expertise and dedication have transformed my quality of life. Thanks to his intervention, my nasal breathing is now balanced, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Mandel is truly incredible, and I am immensely grateful for his exceptional care. Without any hesitation, go to Dr. Mandel!

I had severe debilitating post- covid sinus issues for 6 months & had been seeing S. Fla ENT-- Not improving, long patient room waits & and not receiving any CT scan or any other diagnostic testing there , I switched to Dr. Madel.

It was like the care one gets at the Mayo Clinic. Immediate CT scan & 2 other sophisticated diagnostic tests-w/results 5 min later.
Kind & very attentive staff-
-- Gorgeous state of the art office- No wait at all-
Before I checked out, they had called a compounding pharmacists down the street & had them make a rather complex prescription compound nasal spray for me, which was ready in 5 min--and put me on 3 other appropriate medications as well. I was 50% improved just 12 hours later.

After a scuba-related ear injury, I was referred to an ENT and made an initial appointment for 2 weeks later with Dr. Mendel. I tried to ask the receptionist for advice as I needed to see a doctor for my ear as soon as possible and she basically hung up on me. Then, I received a call a couple days out from my appointment saying my insurance was inactive and they had to cancel my appointment until I could prove I had insurance. My insurance has never been inactive, so a rep called Dr. Mendez’s office to speak to the receptionist for me, and they rescheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later. This actually happened AGAIN where they canceled my appointment for “inactive insurance”, only to have them reschedule it for another 2 weeks later. Then, the morning of this rescheduled appointment, I got a call that the audiology equipment was out for service and they needed to reschedule my appointment for 3 more weeks later. Finally, I arrived at Dr. Mendel’s office after all this time only for the exceptionally rude receptionists to say “we don’t even have a doctor here today to see you”. She said they called me, which they absolutely did not. I stood there waiting for them to do something helpful and they basically told me to just see myself out and not come back again. From the other reviews, I dodged a HUGE bullet. If you want professional healthcare by doctors who actually care about you, DONT visit Dr. Lee Mendel’s office. All you’ll get is a good story about how depressing and corrupt the healthcare system is 🙂

Don’t know what all the negative reviews are all about, I had the most wonderful experience ever with the doctor, as well as ALL the stafff, including the anesthesiologist ! From the initial appointment all the way till the day of my surgery. EVERYONE was so professional. They walked me through every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Mandel!! Please don’t listen to the negative comments you are reading!!

Don't make an appointment with this office if you are expecting to be seen by an ear doctor for a serious ear problem. There is no ear doctor in the office. Instead, you will be seen by a physician's assistant, who, while pleasant and competent, are not licensed doctors. When I made the appointment, they sent me 15 pages to fill out and email back to them. Which I did. However, when I arrived, the receptionist wanted me to fill them out again because the person to whom I emailed my paperwork did not email them to this office. She didn't bother to call the person to have them emailed. So, luckily, I was able to re-email them from my iCloud drive. They decided to give me a hearing test. The machine did not work as far as testing my ear pressure. So they skipped that part of the test. The hearing test (sounds in low and high frequencies) was administered in a room that was not sound proofed (which is normally the standard for such testing) so the test was not accurate because of the ambient noises I heard from the very next office where secretaries and other staff would intermittently visit, and because of Muzak playing over the office sound system. They decided they would help me get an appointment with an ear doctor out of the University of Miami. Not even a doctor who was part of the practice. While the website indicates ENT, I was told that Dr. Mandel does not treat ears, only nose issues. The whole experience took about 2 hours and all I got was a probably invalid hearing test and some help getting an appointment with a real ear doctor specialist.

I’ve been going to see doctors since I was 16 yrs old as I have always had severe breathing issues . I was put on drugs , sleep apnea machines, all kinds of inhalers and medications . Nothing worked long term. I decided to go in for a consultation with Dr.Mendel and after his evaluation, I was scheduled for the procedure within a few weeks. The procedure took less than a half hour and the healing process took about 2-3 weeks . Dr.Mendel did what no one else could do. Now I breath better then I can remember breathing in my whole life . My snoring is less and the quality of my sleep has improved . I would highly recommend !

Beverly (Dr. Mandel’s PA) is unprofessional, condescending and lacks both compassion and empathy for patients. Never in my life have I ever been treated the way I was by her in a health care setting. Would not recommend this facility to anyone, ever. Go to a provider who actually cares about their patients.
