I just love Dr. Morrow. He has the most beautiful bedside manner. He listens to all my issues and we discuss them in detail as to how to proceed. I will always recommend Dr. Morrow to everyone I know. He is one of my favorite doctors. He makes drs appointments fun. 🙂

Honestly, the only way he can improve is having longer hours for non AM people. My mother & x-bf (extensive tonsillectomy performed by Dr M) & I have been seeing him for decades.
Without reservation, he is the best in our area of the states, maybe the country. His team: Nurse- Anne & Front Office-
Coriña, absolutely Top Notch.

Visited Dr. Morrow for annual ENT with audio test. Office is bright and pleasant. Employees are friendly and professional. Dr. Morrow has a wonderful personality and is engaging, positive, and able to put one at ease.

Tough to improve... I was called in within 2 minutes of my scheduled appointment, which is about the norm here. I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour at other medical offices. Dr Morrow never seems rushed and always takes a few minutes to talk personal stuff to get to know me as a person rather than just a number. The whole staff is friendly and efficient.

I left very unhappy with the lack of attentiveness and care as a patient. I felt dismissed and not very much interest came from the doctor. This seems to be a trend in the Florida healthcare. I hope to come across some caring doctors while living here. It hasn't been the case and doctor Morrow didn't prove any different. More questions should have been asked by the physician. Very little to no feedback and answers were provided for my concerns and needs.
