Worst doctor ever, can't communicate, to doesn't read test results and inform patients. Doesn't follow through with calling in medications or hospital records. I almost died from him not knowing what to do!

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this clinic, which unfortunately mirrors a similar incident 9 months ago. I had an early morning appointment for a simple bloodwork procedure. Despite arriving 15 minutes early and being the first in the waiting area, I was overlooked and left waiting for 45 minutes. During this time, I watched five other patients get called in ahead of me. When I finally voiced my concern, it turned out my name was mistakenly not put on the list. This lack of attention to detail not only wasted my only day off but also demonstrated a disregard for my time and appointment.
I left feeling disrespected and unheard, with no acknowledgement or apology from the staff. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in this clinic, and I regret to say that I will not be returning. It's a shame, as I had great respect for Doctor Santos, but I cannot support a place where patients' time and appointments are not valued

My husband is a current patient of Dr Santos and has been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. Dr Santos has been on vacation for part of this time and has no back up doctor to assist with filling prescriptions while he is gone which negligent on his part. Since he has returned from vacation my husband has been trying to get his prescription filled for days and has left several voicemails and messages and is being told the doctor is too busy. This is not a medication he can go more than a few days without. His staff has been rude to him on the phone and no sense of urgency. This prescription should have been filled immediately. No practice should operate this way.

Dr. Santos is a wonderful family physician. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent diagnostician, asking the right questions and ordering the tests necessary to find out what ails his patients. He is kind, has a caring bedside manner, and is attentive to his patient's needs.

Dr Santos is a physician that really cares about his patients. My husband has a severe disability and Dr Santos himself makes sure he gets back into our vehicle safely. Any issues are taken care of promptly by his office. What a wonderful man with a wonderful practice.
