I spoke with Matt over the phone today & he located a jacket in Adelaide for me that was almost sold out. Matt asked me to drop into store so I can pay for the jacket & he will have it delivered to me. When I arrived in store, Matt gave me the best service I have ever received. I'll definitely be making Glue Highpoint my new local store.

Went in this evening to purchase some items and was very pleased with the customer service. Great and honest feedback, amazing communication and assistance and just over all amazing personalities. Retail stores need more employees like Matteo and Reanna ? Will definitely return due to the great assistance I received from them.

I’ve been a regular shopper at Glue Highpoint for many years now but as of this past year I’ve noticed a great decline in the customer service and professionalism in the store. There are a few employees in particular that i’ve seen on countless occasions with their phones out, filming group videos as customers, including myself, require assistance but receive none. Additionally, when they aren’t on their phone they are either blasting music and singing instead of working or they are blatantly ignoring customers as they enter the store or obviously require assistance. These same employees whose names I’ve recorded over time as these incidents keep reoccurring are Reanna, Tyler and Eliacia. I am now a very dissatisfied customer and believe you need to seriously reevaluate who you’ve employed and speak to your employees about what work etiquette and customer service is!

Went in yesterday morning and was welcomed by Kate, I needed to exchange an item that I ordered online for a different size, they didn't have the t-shirt in my size in store or online but Kate went above and beyond to track down one in my size from a Sydney store and it is being delivered today, thank you Kate

Went into the store today with my 1 year old looking for a gift for my brother and I was initially served by Julia who was amazing. She went above the acquired level of customer service and was just lovely. She interacted with my daughter which was so refreshing and helps me as a mother feel more at ease shopping (sometimes it can be difficult or uneasy particularly if my daughter is unsettled). She was engaging, nice and well mannered.

Upon paying, there was an issue with a voucher I had (which stated I could use in store) and so she went to get help from her manager, Christian. He came over and told me they’d have problems with these in the past and and that it couldn’t in fact be used in store - to not only his frustration but mine. He was, as like Julia, well mannered and even though he was presenting a potential issue with the voucher redemption, he was sympathetic and understanding. It was refreshing to be in a store, served by people at least half my age and be positively overwhelmed by their calm, mature and respectful approach to the whole situation.

In the end the issue was resolved and I left with the purchase I had intended, voucher applied. But the better outcome, was these two wonderful members of staff making my shopping experience a pleasant one. Well done team, you’re a credit to Glue Store, if only all shop assistants were as friendly, welcoming and helpful as you both.
