Couldn't start my car... they found the emergency shut off was accidentally activated in the trunk somehow. Thought for sure the fuel pump was done & about to break the bank. They found it quick, 100% HONEST about what it was. $50 charge more than reasonable. Handled my ride right, no smudges on the interior or exterior they work CLEAN. Brought another car back for work after. Work was right, clean & on time. Not the cheapest price in town but very reasonable if you care about quality & honesty.
**UPDATE 8/2023.. got another ride, still won't take it anywhere else. Honest & accurate diagnosis, done right at fairly reasonable price.. not the cheapest but you want the cheapest guy carelessly wrenching on your ride? Wasn't all dirty when I got it back either.
Nancy's also extremely professional & a great asset to G&S the way she's always on it with accurate information & a welcoming smile. Definitely keep recommending & coming back.

Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Michelle is great and definitely is experienced and knows how cars operate. She is like a doctor of cars --- diagnosing the root cause of the issue. They are extremely helpful and will go to bat for you with the warranty. They are honest and caring and do not lead you on. They will get down to the bottom and not play games with you. Their honesty and knowledge was 100 percent confirmed when getting second opinions. Based on my experience with them, I definitely have learned that other shops can not be trusted. G & S is trustworthy and I know to only TRUST THEM when it comes to the maintenance and repair of my vehicle. Trust them when it comes to your vehicle; otherwise you will learn the HARD way if you go somewhere else. They even can see the certain issues before it becomes a major issue. Thank you, Michelle and everyone at G & S auto repair for your patience with us and YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. I can not stress this enough, I have learned it is really hard to trust a lot of mechanics out here, and they are the only trustworthy mechanics out here. Seriously, THANK YOU G&S AUTO REPAIR!!
