Mike was awesome to work with from start to finish! He was friendly on the phone and explained everything in a way I could understand (I have no knowledge of radiators). I am still almost speechless with the awesome service I received from these guys. When our complex AC unit died in a midst of this unprecedented heatwave, our plumber recommended Mike (since our existing AC maintenance company -with which we were in maintenance contract with - simply failed not only to fix the issue but even to show up). He found off hours time to come, examine and figure out the issue; procure a difficult product, fight for it to be delivered overnight and come and install it that same day. He and his colleague finished at 4 pm, and they still had 3 calls after us - he said he couldn’t let his clients down in a midst of this oppressive heat. AND he’d work all Saturday for that exact reason. Mind you, our job was ultra complicated because of the systems we have, and not only he was competent and comfortable installing it but he was also ultra nice! Just a pure pleasure to work with. We are sticking with him from now on, no questions asked. With gratitude!

Mike (owner) took my call. He took time over phone to clearly understand the issue and presented a few possible options. He was also upfront with fair pricing and was able to stick to his quote! First I would like to say that E and M Heating and Cooling do "PRISTINE" work. His pricing is perfect, you don't have to overpay to have good work done when it comes to E and M. His crew lead by Raphael are respectful, clean, cautious and professional. They explained everything to me from what they are doing to why. I went from having a broken down hooptie to having a Rolls Royce of duct work. Originally I had flex ran everywhere from the cardboard trunk line to every supply and return in the attic to having nice shiny hard piped trunk lines and having it hard piped to all supply and returns. They also insulated all duct work nice and tight. I went from having no attic space to having an attic because of the way the job was laid out. I can go on but If your reading this give them a call I promise you won't be disappointed. Again Thanks again E and M for the work you do and respecting my house and family, you guys rock.
