Took my 11 y/o to Dr. Johnson for a second opinion for his elbow and came away from our visit very impressed. He is obviously a physician who cares about his patients was very thorough in his exam. He caught something that other orthopedic doctors didn't catch. We left his office feeling like we are in good hands with regards to my son's elbow injury and with a solid treatment plan. Dr. Johnson was recommended from a highly regarded physical therapist / athletic performance coach that we work with and I understand why. Thank you Dr. Johnson!

Dr Johnson should give classes to other doctors on bedside manners. I never been to a doctor that explains everything about your problems in such detail. I can’t explain the high praise for him and the staff. His staff from the front desk ladies to the techs that assist him are great. I had knee surgery January 10, 2019 and I am still in the recovering process, but I am happy to give a review of not only Dr. Johnson, but the staff at the office and the nurses and anesthesiologist at the surgery center.

The nurses at the surgery center were knowledge, supportive and very professional. (Alexa and Kevin were in charge of my care and did an excellent job!) The anesthesiologist was professional and also very knowledgeable-and my only request to her was to make sure I "woke up." (Perhaps I was feeling the meds by that time....) The office staff are equally professional and first rate. I was seen in a timely manner and did not have an usually long wait; however, I do understand that a doctor's time is often delayed when with another patient as a patient often has many questions and it is important for the doctor to address those questions/concerns.

When I met Dr. Johnson, he had an agreeable manner and was able to explain fully and in layman's terms what was causing me issues with my knee. I felt very comfortable going into the surgery knowing what would occur and my recovery process. Dr. Johnson called me the day after my surgery (on a Friday) to give me his personal cell phone to call him if I had any issues over the weekend as we were expecting snow and the office would be closed. I have had several operations over the course of my 70 year life span and NEVER has a doctor given his personal cell to call if I needed to get in contact. I give Dr. Timothy Johnson my highest recommendation. Audrey Burton

My family members have gone for many years to this practice for different incidents from participating in competitive sports throughout their education journey. I received a second opinion about a PRP injection in my knee by Dr. Timothy Johnson. I had paid his office $475 and was ready to receive the procedure. He conducted a thorough evaluation and determined it would be better for me to do physical therapy. He put his medical advise in front of ‘Making Money’ and refunded me the entire amount! I could not believe it. A class act professional doctor who has also done work on my shoulder. Yale and Cornell graduate who is an expert in his profession.

My insurance wouldn't approve an MRI until they talked to Dr. Thompson for clarification and more information and he refused to talk to my insurance. So, I'm going on week three with no answers to my lower leg pain. Also, you can never get through when you call the office. You have to leave a voicemail and then they call you back in a day or two. I did get through one time and they kept me on hold for 8 minutes. Everything about this office is unprofessional.
