Just a tad bit confusing location to get into but not that bad. Large lot to back into docks once you get there (GPS WILL NOT BRING YOU TO THE WAREHOUSE, you’ll need to maneuver to the docks via google maps satellite view). Ring buzzer next to door to notify shipping/receiving of your arrival. I got there right as they opened and the secretary wasn’t at the desk yet so I just stood there like a lump on a log. I asked several people who I need to talk to and they literally ONLY know their own particular job in their particular corner and probably not even aware that there is a shipping/receiving area let alone DOCKS for trucks ? talk about being a cog in the industry. Once you press the buzzer someone magically appears ?‍♂️

Ordered Christmas things off Walmart through them as a third party vendor. Here is is toward the end of February. They never sent them, couldn't pull up my order number, took no responsibility, and as a company are terrible. Don't order from them. Their customer service is a joke. They also charge too much and I've read in other reviews the quality is bad. Avoid this company. They are probably a scam company. Keep my 5 bucks. This is more fun. I hope you loose at least 5 dollars in sales. I can be petty too.

I am a long-time Current customer and Blue Ribbon member and have always been satisfied with the quality of the stationery items I have ordered and received. Conversely, the delivery performance has become progressively worse. I made my most recent online order on May 24 and finally received my items on June 16, 19 and 20. All items had been listed as being in-stock. The personalized address labels were actually the first to arrive. I paid a $9.99 delivery charge that was essentially equal to the 30% I saved on my order using a coupon code. Summarizing, this is just one customer's experience / opinion and I will leave it to others to interpret the facts as presented and determine if this is acceptable overall value and performance in 2020. I never post reviews. But my experience with this company was so bad that I really do want to help others avoid the same frustration. I ordered a simple engraved Bible. Apparently they outsourced the engraving to some place in Illinois. When I had not received the product after 6 weeks I tried to call and no one could find my order. Surprisingly the Bible arrived the following day but the engraving was completely wrong. In order to return it I had to pay for the shipping. Many many weeks and phone calls later I continued to try to track the "corrected" order. Phone calls and emails were not answered. After dealing with this situation for almost 4 months a second Bible arrived at my home with the exact same mistaken engraving as the first one. The supervisor named Ashley never returned any of my emails letting her know of this second error. It does appear that she canceled the order but did not even offer the courtesy of a phone call or email or apology for all of my wasted time and effort and all of their mistakes.
By the way, the quality of the product was very inferior and in that regard I'm glad that the order did not work out. A few days ago I ordered a Bible from a company called Personal Creations and I received a far nicer Bible with absolutely perfect engraving for the same price and it arrived in less than one week. Current used to be a very good and reputable company but they have really gone downhill in not only product quality but in their extremely poor customer service.

Shipping charges are absolutely outrageous for greeting cards. Shipping is $8.99 with an estimated delivery date three weeks from today! On top of that, Current Catalog is adding a $2.99 "shipping carrier surcharge" because (according to the info at checkout) their shipping partners are charging extras fees per box. Sorry Current Catalog but you've lost a customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a free shipping code. Put in info and it was processed before I was taken to a page for a discount code. Called and told the order was cancelled and I would be refunded. NOPE, still shipped and I was still charged. I had surgery in the meantime and now I can't return and am stuck with two TINY rolls for over $20. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Will never buy from again. I tried customer service in between and they were no help!

I placed an order on 12-31-18, today I received the order on 1-23-19, over 3 weeks. I was promised 5-6 days for delivery. My address labels look like they were printed on any home computer, but that was the reason given for the delay. When I called, I was hung up on twice by customer service. The quality of the product is disappointing. There is an item that says it is on back order, but the receipt says it was to be available on 1-7-19 still don't have it... This used to be a good company, but I will NEVER order from them again.
Update: 4-20-20: The reply from the company "owner" came today... 15 months later after the review was placed. I guess he has some time on his hands?
