I’m a new patient at the office but they say it only takes 7 seconds to make an impression on someone and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everyone was so kind. The waiting room is clean, smells nice, and even the rooms are clean and smell nice. Didn’t wait long to see Dr Broadway (maybe 5 minutes but was quoted 15mins which was nice) he listened to my back ground and any concerns I had and together worked on a game plan. He also spoke to me like a person not like a patient and I liked that. Very personable and didn’t rush through the appointment. 10/10 recommend!

Was previously a former patient with Dr. Broadway. Trying to get established again and was told they cannot schedule an appointment for a new patient past 3pm. Most working individuals don’t get off until after this time, a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the manager did not attempt to accommodate the request. When I asked to speak to Dr. Broadway, the response was he does not handle scheduling. This is not what I asked.

Hands-down my favorite doctor! Dr. Broadway took the time to not only assess my child, but also explain to me and simple easy to understand ways of what was going on with my son, and what I could do to help prevent issues. Also, my son is very inquisitive and Dr. Broadway took the time to answer every question and even let him use a few of the tools around the office. Dr. Broadway is very percentages for a grandma coming to a riddle even took time to teach my son during the visit. Hands-down, the only doctor my son will go to.

I have read nothing but positive reviews and I am sure Dr Broadway is a great Doctor, however, I believe he has taken on too many patients. I am looking for a new Doctor since I moved to Waxahachie and I scheduled an appointment, upon arrival I noticed a full waiting room which is not a good sign when there is only two Doctors. After seeing the Nurse 15 minutes later from my appointment time, she informed me he was running on time. Well, after 1 hour and fifteen minutes later I called the front desk only to be informed it would be another 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but I do not have 2 hours of my day off to waste on seeing a Doctor. They reimbursed my co-pay and I left and not too happy. The waiting room was full. This is probably a good practice with good intentions, but they need more than two Doctors!!!!! I thought I had found a convenient Doctors office but I did not! If you are looking for a Doctors office that will see you promptly and on time, this is definitely NOT the place to go!

Dr Broadway has been my PCP for a couple of years. Anything other than something minor he has refered me to another doctor. I've had severe leg pain twice in the last 6 months and both times he had little advice beyond rest. A week ago I saw him again with severe leg pain including extreme weakness that made it impossible to walk more than a few feet. Dr Broadway spent 5 minutes with me, didn't do a physical exam, and basically said let the Mederol pack work which another doctor gave me Saturday. The next day I was in the ER and by Saturday having emergency spine surgery! I will never go back to Dr Broadway again and advise anyone else do the same.

I have been seeing Dr Broadway since he took over Dr Redington’s practice when Dr. Redington retired. I was going to find a different PCP because I didn’t feel comfortable with Dr Broadway, but I was asked to give him a chance, so I did. I should have switched. He has NEVER taken the time to actually listen to the entire issue since I started seeing him. He listens for about 2 minutes & then cuts you off even though you are telling him something important for diagnosing the issue you are seeing him for.j More & more his primary concern is how to distance himself from any possible responsibility/liability and taking care of his patient’s needs isn’t a consideration whatsoever. I had to change PM doctors and the new PM doc said to have PCP take over some of the medications I am on that weren’t actually a part of his specialty, but are actually a responsibility of a PCP. When I contacted Br Broadway’s office & his nurse about it, I was informed Dr. Broadway said he is a PCP & therefore doesn’t treat chronic conditions. That is a lie. I know he does treat chronic conditions because he treats diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions, asthma, etc. If I had been told that he wasn’t comfortable with treating & prescribing medications for any of my particular chronic conditions due to the fact am very medically complicated, I would have respected his honesty and definitely would have understood. Thank goodness my new PM doctor took care of it after I told them my PCP said he didn’t treat chronic conditions. Dr Broadway managed to make me feel like I am not important whatsoever. I don’t think he is a bad person. I only think he’s a bad doctor because he quit listening and started caring more about possible litigation than his patients. I believe that he has potential to be an outstanding physician if he starts listening and starts thinking like a physician by putting his patients first instead of thinking like a lawyer

Dr. Broadway has provided me with outstanding medical care for several health problems, & his level of empathy for my sense of loss following Dr. Reddington's retirement. Dr. Reddington had been my primary physician for three decades. Dr. Broadway not only successfully continued to competently treat my medical condition, but he also established the rapport & trust necessary to help me with the transition of care-givers. That assistance was much appreciated, especially since he attended my serious health problems without missing a beat. I recommend Dr. Broadway without reservation.
