Our subdivision has been with C & S for about a year. This comes after several years with another company. CAM Judi Morrison has been great. She’s helped us correct mistakes of the past company, get our neighborhood on the right path, and is generally helpful. Judi responds quickly to emails, phone calls, and issues that arise. She keeps us informed of changes and info we need. She is friendly with residents and treats them with respect during our meetings. I’m grateful she is our CAM.

I am writing this message to express my appreciation for the work of Ms. Lynn Lynch, the administrative assistant at the Sarasota office. She is a tremendous asset to C&S.

Lynn has impeccable communication skills. She is professional, courteous, and always willing to help with whatever situation we send her way. Our condo association values her as she compliments the work of our highly competent property manager, Ms. Lisa Lemmon. Lynn is both effective and efficient and skillfully collaborates with Lisa.

We also have the pleasure of having Lynn as a neighbor here at Crooked Creek. Let me share with you an example of her willingness to go above and beyond.

The morning after Hurricane Ian passed, we spoke on the phone about a potential liability issue regarding storm clean up. She then offered to take photos of the property and shortly after sent me several very helpful photos and videos showing the effects of the storm—I am a snowbird and was up north at the time. This was very helpful in undertaking an early assessment of the damage to our property and what needs we could anticipate.

C&S is very fortunate to have someone so skilled as part of their organization. Please know that this message was not solicited by anyone. Her contributions in supporting our association have been invaluable, and hope that it will continue for a long time.

I had received a mailed notice from her company saying this was my second notice about having a dirty roof. Never received any notice, my roof/house is cleaner and nicer than most homes in my neighborhood of Treetops. She looked into matters, of course someone at her company made a huge mistake and she took care of it right away. She was pleasant, very friendly and honestly lovely.
