The entire staff was compassionate and respectful. Dr. Weiss ensured he took the appropriate amount of time to actually listen to my input, and together we were able to create a treatment plan for me. I wasted 5 months prior to my appointment with him on physicians that did not take the time to listen to what I had to say regarding my symptoms and made me endure very painful tests that were not even performed properly for someone with my medical condition, which cause me a lot of both physical and emotional pain and distress.

During each and every appointment, Dr. Weiss has been welcoming, and very patient, courteous, respectful, and professional. Additionally, he asks numerous questions to ensure he has the most up-to-date information, and he also always performs an assessment of my brother's motor and cognitive abilities. Dr. Weiss is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and he leaves no "medical" stone unturned, for which we are most grateful.

His front office staff and nurse are also equally kind, patient, inquisitive, and respectful.

The person who takes appointments is rude and completely rubbed me the wrong way. Could not even get my questions in without her interrogating me about a referral, which I have, but was not yet sent directly to this office. She should probably learn to let potential patients speak and actually listen.
