Katherine is very unprofessional and possesses very low customer service skills. I was in the seasonal isle of this Aldis on 7/11 at 5:59pm (rush hour after work), there was no worker present and the area had boxes on the ground. While I started browsing, Katherine came over to me abruptly from almost behind me and said “ma’am this section is blocked off you need to leave”. I turned around to say sorry and she proceeded to rudely tell me to leave and wave her arms in a motion like she was brushing me away. Basically shooing me and had a look of disrespect. I said I’m sorry with confusing as to why she was being so rude and walked away. I walked to my boyfriend and asked if he saw that. Walking away from the area I simply said “You could have been more polite and didn’t have to be so disrespectful” and I was walking away she proceeded to disrespectfully say something back to me. All I then said was “If you were working in the area next time I would have known”. That’s when she rushed over to me and my boyfriend and said “As the manager I’m going to have to ask you to leave this store.” We then asked for another manager. We spoke to Ben who told her to go back to work while he talks to us. While Ben was diffusing the situation Katherine was still trying to intervene from the isle. I understand people do have bad days but that does not give Katherine the right to abuse her managerial authority. I do not feel like the way she acted aligns with Aldis core values and she should revisit basic customer service training.

My wife bought these grapefruit a couple of days ago and I would like to inform you that although they are small they are sweet and very tasteful. The price was very reasonable also. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Anthony Fahmie

Great prices on most items. Clean store. Buyer be cautious when buying their fresh fruits and veggies. Many items are either use right now or have already past their prime and are unusable. Inspect all fresh fruit and vegetables closely before buying them. Everything else has been great.

We love Aldi, but the return policy is nonexistent. We lost about $20 worth by not receiving our pick up order bag of 2 organic beefs, caesar salad, and chicken egg rolls. There is no option to request a refund online. It says to create an Instacart account. I created an Instacart account and there was still not an option for refund. It said to call or email. I called the Aldi store and it was a recording that hung up on me. My husband drove 40 minutes round trip to the store to ask if we could just get our missing items and they said they couldn't do anything. I emailed Instacart customer service and they replied back that they don't check their email (lol!). Our Aldi in Indiana did not have this sort of policy, so this is unique to this store for us. Suffice it to say we will no longer be ordering weekly from Aldi, instead from Kroger and Wal-Mart. Just a warning that you will not get a refund if they forget to give you items during an online pickup.

Staff was extremely rude. Rushing people to leave so they can leave but then not helping people for a while at self check out when they yell at you to go to self check out. Don't like your job that you have to give attitude then leave and go elsewhere. This will be a corporate phone call as well.
