Great company. Owner is amazing. They come over and measure immediately and make suggestions. They are quick and prompt for setup and removal. There is never a problem when I hire this company. They also have all the extras available if needed such as heaters and fans. They are truly the best.

I’ve been renting chairs from this place for the last 6 years. It definitely wasn’t the customer service that kept me coming back because they aren’t the nicest, most of the time, the woman that answers the phone is rude and always sounds annoyed. I stayed with them because it was convenient, they are only a few blocks away from my house. But now, they don’t allow you to pick up the chairs so they can charge you a $100 delivery fee. When I called to inquire about the $300 that was charged for 70 chairs (I only needed 25 chairs but their minimum was 70) the women asks “you didn’t know how much it was when you ordered them?”. It was Christmas day so I probably didn’t care. But guess what, when you know better you do better. Thanks for being rude, it made my decision to never rent from your company again that much easier. I pay for great service above anything, businesses need to do better as long as their customers have options.

The service provided were great, but the business practices are shrewd. They don't give much details unless you ask. I was told they usually cater to events w/ over 100ppl. So what my $ is still green. I used them twice for table and chair rentals. The goood thing is they drop off and pick up as scheduled.

Plain white plastic chairs are $2 each and rectangular tables are $10. Minimum for delivery is $150.
