One stop shop and great food....
We must have looked hungry the owner noticed us walking around and offered to open up to feed us. Not what you would expect walking in. Cool little house (possibly haunted) we questioned if we should have gone somewhere else, that is until the food hit the table, AMAZING!!! Huge portions you definitely won't leave hungry! The service was top notch. Family owned and the absolute sweetest people.
Once your done eating don't miss out on his little shop, coolest (and cheapest) pipes and other gifts.
This is definitely worth a trip back all the way from Nebraska for us.

Stopped by this local mom and pop shop after taking the train ride through Georgetown. We were greeted and served by super friendly staff. The food was amazing, we tried the fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, and BLT. They made their own BBQ sauce for the pork and their own spice blend on the chicken and the tater tots, which they are very proud of (and rightly so!). Definitely worth stopping by

Everyone was very friendly and both owners took the time to come talk to each guest.

Business was booming when we came in despite the bad weather and it being mid-morning on a week day.

The food was delicious and the decor really gave this place a fun charm. I can't wait to visit again!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while while my wife and I were in Georgetown without expecting too much. Happy to say that this place blew us away. Everything from the amazingly friendly owners, Autumn and Kevin, and the old-school charm of the restaurant to the wonderful service and food. And lets talk about that food! Kevin dishes up the best fried chicken in Colorado, a handed-down southern family recipe. Not over fried, not greasy, perfect crunch to the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I went without slaw on mine, but then added it to the sandwich, which took it to another level. Then there's that pulled pork sandwich. Some of the best I've had during my travels. We purposely didn't eat it all so we'd have it to enjoy for lunch the next day. So, if you're hungry and in town, this is a must-stop. We'll most certainly be back.

This place is amazing, these people are just the best and the food is absolutely incredible. Seriously some of the best I have ever had, we absolutely love coming here. It is definitely our favorite place to go in the morning after a good hike on weekends 🙂

Small town/hometown cooking that reminded me so much of my native rural Kansas roots. The service was amazing too. I asked for some scrambled eggs to be added to my smothered chicken biscuit and they totally hooked me up! Excellent prices, cozy atmosphere, and great people running the place. I’ll be stopping by this hidden gem after all my high altitude hikes to refuel.

I guess we found the best breakfast place on our Denver - Aspen route.
I had the scrambled egg sandwich and the corn nuggets and they were delicious.
My husband had the chicken sandwich and captain crunch French toast and he was incredibly happy with them.
We'll definitely stop here from now.
The staff is very nice and cheerful.
We loved it!

This place is absolutely wonderful, the owners and their team are happy and dedicated humans that provided an excellent dining experience! I had the chicken sandwich and it's an old family recipe and truly the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had! Get on over here and get yourself one, you're welcome ?
