Bartholomew’s handling of my father’s services from beginning to end was seamless, comforting, and tasteful. They went above and beyond. I am usually a stickler for details but they exceeded my expectations. Peyton was outstanding. The other staff as well. I thank them very much. We had to come in from another state with my father and they secured all the arrangements in the other state as well.

The staff of Clair S Bartholomew & Son were ALL very patient, sensitive and professional. Our mother's services were well organized, and we were completely satisfied with how everything went. They lessened our grief and stress and helped us to honor our mom. We didn't feel pressured around the financial aspects. We also found them to be responsive to our anxious repetitive questions. A special shout out to Peyton and Mahkela (forgive any misspellings) and to Terri Pinto and Fr Michael at St Barnabus. The professional male operatic singer at our service was incredibly talented. Everyone's compassion and kindness will not be forgotten. Much sincere gratitude.

Danielle really went above and beyond helping my family plan my mother’s funeral. She was patient and understanding. She made sure every detail was taken care of. We chose C.S. Bartholomew & Sons because they are family owned, professional and really took the time to explain everything to us to ensure that we were comfortable and understood the process. They did a great job with our extended family members funerals in the recent past and we knew that they would take care of us in our time of need.

I am taking the time to write this review because recently my Mom passed away and we have never been through this before and I had no idea what to do. We decided to call Bartholomew Funeral Home and it ended up the best decision we could have made. Todd, the owner, and his staff were so caring and compassionate that we really felt like they were a part of our family. They helped us through every step of the overwhelming process. I can't tell you how much this meant to me and my family. They helped get us through the worst time of our lives and I cannot thank them enough!

I normally don’t review places but when I told a friend to go here for their arrangements I was told they had a low rating. I don’t know what anyone’s situation is but I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and Danielle. No matter how much I prepared for the passing of my dad, it still was an insanely difficult time. Danielle not only took the time to explain everything to me so I wasn’t confused or conflicted on arrangements but was beyond comforting and was a real pleasure to have during the whole process. They took my financial restrictions and still did more than I could’ve asked for. As much as I wish no one has to go through this process if they do Danielle and the rest of the staff here are the ones to have by your side.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Despite paying for embalming and bringing clothes so the family could see my grandfather, they didn't embalm him. For a business dealing sympathy, they have none.
Useless. Utterly useless.
