I went to a different location before this one and didn’t have the greatest experience but Steph at this location worked her magic an helped me out so much! She was extremely kind an helpful.
Got my phone bill down 40 dollars.
Answered all my questions!
Explained everything to me so I would understand it step by step on what was going on with my phone bill and what I was paying! She even got me the iPhone 16 for free by just turning in an old phone. Got me on a better phone plan then what I was on! Saved me so much money and was extremely fast with it all as well!
I highly recommend going in and Requesting her!

We had the best experience at this location! Steph is seriously so awesome!! As long as we have had cell phones, we have NEVER had an agent as awesome as her! Im serious. Not only is she cool as hell, but she is so knowledgeable, and so patient. It was so rude of us to come into the store, an hour before they closed, and expect to get upgrades for all 5 of our lines! I was nervous that the employees would be annoyed, and not want to help us, but that was absolutely not the case. Even though they had lots of customers, Steph went the extra mile to help us get the best deals and apply the best promotions. She was so patient with all our questions and requests!! We will absolutely be back.
