The hair dresser was nice however she absolutely butchered my son’s hair and I was heartbroken. His fringe is cut on a diagonal angle and now looks like he has a mullet because for some reason she decided to layer the top. Absolutely devastated.

Lisa P. had a huge smile on her face from the moment I walked into the salon! My experience here was welcoming and fun. What’s better, my haircut wasn’t overly expensive and yet I still felt like the staff went above and beyond for me, delivering perfect results. I left feeling relaxed and brand new! I couldn’t recommend this salon more if you need a walk in salon like I do sometimes. I definitely wasn’t disappointed 🙂

I highly recommend Amy from Just Cuts Airport West . She cut and styled my 79 year old mums hair so professionally. She took the time with mums hair cut to get it right . My mum had a spring in her step as we left the salon . The hair cut from Amy was one of the best she’s had in a long long time . See you again Amy you just got yourself a new client

I recently had a disappointing experience at Just Cuts. I expressed my desire for a long bob, but unfortunately, the stylist misunderstood my request and cut my hair much shorter than anticipated. The result was a style that didn't complement my hair and left me feeling less confident. Additionally, I felt the stylist was more focused on promoting products than truly listening to my needs. I'm now looking forward to growing out my hair and finding a stylist who can better understand my preferences.
I paid $95 for the haircut, which is especially disappointing considering the outcome.

Amy was so lovely. I went in on a whim with an idea for something a bit different (for me) and she ran with it. Made me feel good and was supportive and gave lots of helpful advice. The new salon is so clean and the products feel good and are decently priced.
