Cristian and his amazing team is doing a fantastic work, they make you feel super comfortable in the store, they creat a wonderful experience and the whole team is very interested and engaging in the process of picking the right and perfect glasses for you. Cristian is very knowledgeable, he give me his honest opinion and made me feel extremely important in every step or question I asked him, he provided me with everything I needed to know. I left the store very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend anyone to check them out, if you are looking for an intimate team that care about you, this is your place! As soon as I step into the store, everything looks organised and glitzy!

Very friendly and helpful staff as well! One of the team members, Cristian, was extremely accommodating when I was selecting my glass frame, as he recommended me a few stylish choices that would best suit my face shape, without hassling me to make a decision.

The optometrist, Anthony, was also attentive and great in providing care during the eye tests as well as any information to a first time contact lens wearer like me.

Great experience! Every time I go I’m impressed by their service. I went to get new glasses, they helped me figure out my insurance, helped me choose my glasses based on my face shape and even loosened my husbands glasses he didn’t even buy there for free. The optometrist was probably the best I’ve dealt with since I started wearing glasses. Very informative and friendly. The glasses were ready on the day they said and came out perfect.

So happy with my experience here!

I was able to buy a pair of sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses without paying out of pocket (in the past my health insurance has only covered a single set). The selection of frames was relatively limited, but they were all fashionable - much more so than the low budget ones at Specsavers or other optometrists.

The assistants were friendly, helpful and patient. The optometrist on duty even checked that I was more comfortable with a stronger script than my previous one (I'd complained that I saw better wearing older glasses with stronger scripts).

Really happy and would recommend this branch.

I'm happy with the overall experience with the customer service and eye test but just wated to leave a note about their blue light filter lens. I went in to get a new prescription pair and the staff upsold me the blue light lens. I asked if the "appearance" of the lens would be any different to normal lens and they said "only if you do colour sensitive work e.g., design, you'll see the difference". As soon as I picked up the new pair and put it on, the colour of the sky was different and the natural light felt brighter I felt dizzy for few days. That may be subjective and maybe I'm sensitive to light. But also, the lens shows a blue glare in photos. Even worse, when I'm in an online meeting, two blue glary squares sit right on my eyes on the screen. These were the things I would have liked to know when I asked the shop staff about the "appearance" of the lens. Yes, I should have said no to the upsell and done my own research. It's hard to find a great optometrist and it would have been nice to find one that knows their products and I can wholeheartedly trust.

The shop assistants as well as the optometrist are very friendly and helpful. A young pretty female shop assistant helped me with my BUPA extra claim. My customer experience was great!
