Worst ever phone service they don't even have a holding system they just tell you they are busy and hang up on you. There is no way to contact them if you have troubles receiving your tickets. Happy to take your money but not solve any problems after the fact !!

Absolutely disgraceful. Sold tickets on marketplace in March and have still not received refund. Have contacted them through their customer service request and was first told that the money had been transferred to my account. Lies! Then I was told that possibly the bank isn’t trading anymore. Lies! They then requested that I give them my banking details again and that the money would be transferred to my account. Lies! Now they deliberately will not respond to my emails requesting an update on where my money is and when it will be paid. Their refund policy states monies will be refunded 10 days after event. Lies! Impossible to speak to anyone about this. It has a been 4 months and I am still waiting for this to be rectified. Unfortunately you can only give a minimum 1 star. If I was able I would give them zero for their lies and despicable customer service.

Terrible customer service. I had booked a family outing to a David Walliams book reading in Melbourne in September 2024. Unfortunately I had a close family member pass away the week prior to the event and most of the family could not attend. I contacted Ticketek Customer Service to see if I could get a refund – I did not book insurance, but I thought this would be a special case Ticketek could take in to consideration. They requested proof of the death, which I provided. Ticketek did respond saying they would not grant a refund. I emailed Ticketek with a more details about the death and how Ticketek had suggested (by way of asking for proof of death) that I may get a refund – to which I got no response. I have re-sent the email five times and had no response.

These ticketing companies are a disgrace.
Even if you select "refundable ticket protection" for an extra $30, tickets WILL NOT be refunded for booking error / no longer wanted or needed tickets. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The only way to get rid of your tickets is to sell them, and when you try to sell on their marketplace, they wont give you your money back until after the event, even if the event is more than a year away. So they take my money, and then take the buyer of my tickets money aswell? That is shocking!

I cannot believe these companies get away with this nonsense.

So, how do I now get my refundable tickets refunded, so i can purchase 2, more expensive seats, now released (not released when I purchased 2 days ago). The 132849 number hasnt responded again (3.38pm 18 October 2024). Ticketek customers cant speak to anyone, be on hold, or be directed anywhere and after a long apology for being busy - hung up on. There is also no easy email address located throughout the maze of FAQ tabs. The event is in 12 days. Lets make this a little exercise shall we? Ticketek - if you are reading this - you have the chance to double the revenue from this ticket holder! I am contactable inside your valued members email list. Please reach out!

Just want to change my password to protect my account. It’s impossible to follow the instruction they provide to change your password. I will be looking for other ways to get tickets to events I want to attend.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! XERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried calling & they are unavailable to take calls & asks you to send online enquiries, I have done that three times & continue receiving the same generic message stating there is a long wait time due to high amount of requests!! Employ people who want to work to answer some enquiries! I have a concert coming up & require replacement tickets as mine were taken & yet I cannot speak to anyone directly!!!! Will never book through this company again!!!!

Thankfully Ticketek are useless. Tried with all my might to book tickets to The Cult, only to have TIcketek Block all 3 of my credit cards for sercurity reasons!?! So went to Tixel and got tickets in awesome seats for cheaper than the seats right at the back that ticketek were going to sell. Had no problems using my card.
