If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I started seeing Noorollah for adult hormonal acne about a year ago. Every visit felt rushed, and during my first appointment, she performed a quick extraction on a few pimples, charging over $400 just for the extractions, plus additional fees for the rest of the visit. She prescribed Winlevi and Arazlo, which seemed to work, but every time I needed a refill, I was required to come in for an unnecessary ‘re-evaluation.’ Each visit involved waiting over an hour for her to glance at my skin, say it looked fine, and then charge $700+ for the visit. After the first extraction, she tried to perform more without asking, and I had to opt out during subsequent visits. She wasn’t attentive or helpful, and it felt like her priority was making money rather than providing good care. I'm not sure if this stemed from insecurities about being a DO instead of an MD, which perhaps affected her professionalism. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor, especially as a female patient. Extremely disappointing.

Dr. Noorollah is seriously the best!! She is calm while being very efficient, yet she never makes you feel like you’re being rushed. She’s obviously a very experienced doctor and is always is willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Treatment plans were clear and straightforward. You’ll be in good hands!

Dr. Noorollah has been my dermatological provider for over two years and I can confidently say that she has exceeded my expectations. She has a very calm demeanor that is welcoming and reassuring. She is almost always available for same day appointments for various concerns that arise. Additionally, my yearly skin cancer screenings are thorough and efficient; I always leave reassured after each visit. Many of these reviews reflect the incompetencies of the practice rather than Dr. Noorollah’s work. She should have 5 stars! Go see her!!

I had come from a bad experience over at Heights Dermatology where I felt like a specimen in a dirty patient room with a doctor just telling me what's wrong with me (incorrectly) and not explaining or asking about any information to make these diagnoses. I left feeling so uncomfortable and with three prescriptions for things I did not feel I had.

I was a bit hesitant to see this doctor because of the low reviews but she was such a pleasure and night and day different from Heights Dermatology. Yes, I had to wait 25 mins after my appt to see the doctor but what I really care about is good care.

She had great bedside manner, answered all of my questions, explained certain things on my body, and sent me on my merry way. As I suspected, the other "diagnoses" from the other doctor were incorrect. I definitely recommend Dr. Noorollah and am happy to see her again.

Dr Noorollah is a compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable physician who will go the extra mile for patients. The wait at the office is never very long and my visits are thorough yet to the point. Dr Noorollah is the best dermatologist in NYC!
