Top-of-the-line customer service within 10 hours Steven was already at my house pumping. I emailed them late night and, the next day I was already on the phone with Steven first thing in the morning getting it schedule. Thank you S & S Septic!!! Called them up beginning of the week and there by Wednesday. They pumped out two very overdue septic tanks. Steve and his crew were awesome. Did the job as promised and along the way treated us with respect. Moving forward also shared how to keep are system better maintained. Anyone who has a septic issue or just needs a pump should call them!! If I could I would give more than 5 stars!

I short S &S Septic Service went above and beyond in our hour of need. S & S Septic came out was able to come out the same day. They were very respectful and very helpful. The story is long but worth reading through. I highly recommend S & S Septic Services.

First off we had an emergency that started on Sunday morning where our drains started backing up into our shower. I called as soon as I could and they answered the phone right away. They first told me soonest they could come out would be Tuesday, but gave me some other septic services they recommended (their own competitors) that might be able to help on a Sunday. They kept in connect and wanted updates on if I found someone that could provide the service.

I finally got someone out to preform the emergency septic service but would only come Monday. Unfortunately this company was outside what was recommended. While talking with this other company, I knew I was going to have to pay an outrageous amount.

When I updated S & S Septic of the situation and who was going to preform the service, they advice me that I would be paying way too much for the service. They told me not to worry and they where loading a truck up and would come out today.

S & S Septic arrived later that Sunday afternoon and pumped out my septic tank, cleaned the filter, and ensured that the pump was operating normally. They took the timeout to show me some preventive measures that would help keep the system operating long.

I want to say thank you, and S & S Septic Services will be handling all of our septic service need from now on.
