No school should contract this company. The bus driver can’t control the students. I saw kids jump on the seats while the bus was in motion. Parents pick up your own kids from school. Don’t trust these companies to deliver your children to you in good condition.;

This company should be closed down for sure. The amount of sheer disrespect that I had to endure from one of your dispatchers named Whitney was disgusting. She was rude. She was not polite. She didn’t even care to hear what I had to say. She was just flat out wrong for everything that she did. She made me cry. All I was doing was calling asking about, the school bus route and she made me feel like I was that she was smarter than me. She didn’t have time for me and it was pretty bad. I wish to God this school district use a different company.

A bus driver pulled across several lanes and cut us off and he was on his phone and there was a few kids on the bus had me so nervous I had to pull over could not stop shaking because we all could’ve collided due to his stupidity of driving. I am going to the police department off and I’m demanding a feedback from the company putting peoples lives in danger because you wanna talk on the phone not cool.

The company will send texts at the time it should be picking up the children to advise that it will now be late. There have been times in the last year that the bus was over 2 hours late. How do you expect an elementary school student to stand at a bus stop for 2 hours? Terrible company. Anytime I have called, office staff has been so rude!

Horrible company!!! They send a message at 11 pm saying the bus is not running tomorrow. Don’t they know that people have to work? The bus misses schedule 2 times at least a week. It’s been challenging to get the kids to school and make it to work, and gateway elementary charter school is doing nothing about it, they told me we do not garantie transportation. Never the charter schools again

Driver of bus #273 full of kids ran me off the road twice today and I’m in an huge truck and she drives like a maniac. Everyone was honking at her. Whipping the bus like it’s a sports car like wow!! I called the office and they could care less. Prayers for those kids every day who have to ride that bus.

Always a problem. Driver came about 20 mins early one day on a rainy day. Never received a text. Had to leave work, drive home. They had to change their clothes. they were not the only children there were other children that were left behind or never picked up shall I say, myself and all the other parents were furious. last week the bus was running an hour behind. Today the bus is running 30 minutes behind and my daughter is going to miss her physical therapy and my son is going to miss his soccer

Absolutely ridiculous. As many other reviews state no communication, no dependability, and some drivers have been totally unsafe. I have to say though my son's driver from this past semester was wonderful, he really liked her and I found her friendly and safe. Past drivers, however, not so much. Namely, closing the door and starting to drive while my kids were still finding a seat (in the early morning when still somewhat dark and the light on the bus turned off). Also being several hours late in the afternoon more than once. Thank goodness our school has switched bus companies for next year and I couldn't be happier. However that means, coincidentally of course, that the busses aren't running these last few weeks of school.
