I have been over doing it with a new move. I forgot I'm not a youth anymore lol. Sunday Sept 8, I was at the end of a long shopping day and feeling unwell. I went to the back of the store and two of the girls that worked there offered me a chair and a bottle of water. I can't explain the kindness they showed and general compassion. They did not act put out or indifferent like people can these days. I felt better right away and was very grateful.

Realized that you don’t really take the Amazon returns unless packaged and labeled. That was unfortunate but Cam at the checkout desk was so nice. He even found a location nearby for me that would accept my Amazon Return. I also do love that they Halloween and the fall decor is already 30% to 40% off so naturally, I had to do some shopping too.

I have been here twice and both times I have had a random allergic reaction. I think it's really weird, but I'm scared to go back. Also, everything is overpriced I found everything cheaper at hobby lobby.

If there was a way to give it a 0 I would. Was so disappointed in the staff. I went there a week ago first and there was a tree there for 149.99 was a nice tree. I spoke with a associate and asked when the tree would be that price she stated until Christmas. The sale would be until then. I went back a week later to get the tree and it was 179.99. I spoke with the manager and she said well that was last week's sale. I showed the picture and explained what I was told she said well they were wrong. It's not my fault that there associate didn't know how it works. I took her at her word. This was unfair. I will not go back to Michaels. I have spent a lot of money in this store but will use Hobby Lobby. So disappointed in them. They should have honored the price.
