Some days they take cash, some days they don't. Some days parking is $10, some days it's $25-50. Some days it's not even open. The only thing guaranteed is that the attendants will be short and rude with you at every turn. Completely useless.

Had a great experience here while seeing a concert at The Regent. Got there around 7 p.m. and there was plenty of space. Attendants were friendly and kept a close eye on vehicles during the show. The lot was also very well lit. Would definitely park here again.

I pay monthly for this lot just to not be able to park there it's ridiculous. Then they never have parking for you on other lots, and on top of that they moved my car with a tow truck to another place without me knowing it. I spent a good time looking for my car, on a lot that wasn't even posted that they were going to rent out. I'm beyond pissed with this company. No one answers your calls or calls you back.
