I'm detained by the people working here. I bought my ticket from Best Parking. It has been no problem whenever I go. I showed them the ticket, and they refused it and asked me to pay with them again. Their customer service line is useless. Both the attendant and customer services staff blamed you for buying ticket from their authorized third party, not from them. Please do your business responsibly and don't charge your customers multiple times for simple parking.

I was fortunate enough to be filming a television drama and the parking for the crew was located in "Joe's Auto Parks Parking". The facility has a nice big sign outside which made it very easy to find. The entrance was designed for larger vehicles so navigation into the structure was without struggle. There was an attendant on hand but I think that was just due to the fact that the production was there for the day. But it is one of those automated structures where you take your ticket with you and pay at a terminal to validate your ticket when you are ready to leave. You have 10 minutes to exit once you have validated your ticket. Not sure what happens if you run over the allotted time. There are 6 floors so there is ample parking and the place is clean and well lit.

First off I want to say: I'm tired of trying to reach out to these guys. If you guys want me to remove this bad review reach out to me and get me my refund.

Second thing before I explain what happened: if you are in Los Angeles and looking for parking avoid these there's hundreds of parking locations literally in any direction. I know I'll be avoiding these places from now on.

About a month ago I went and parked at the 220 parking location in Los Angeles for a few hrs. When I came back I paid and the machine said invalid card and the gate didn't open up. I tried again thinking it was a miss card read but again the machine said invalid card and the gate didn't open up. So I backed up and used the other machine gate with a different card and it finally worked. Later that night I saw I was charged 3 times. I tried to contact them 2 times now and on the phone I was given the email of the guy I should get in contact. Both times they where non-existent email addresses and I just waisting my time. I have the charges on my bank account to show I was charged 3 times for the same price on the same day.

I don’t make a habit of reviewing parking lots, and I cannot guarantee you won’t have any issues, but based on the poor other reviews I must say we had a good experience. We booked through ParkWhiz and had no issue scanning in or out. It’s on the outskirts of the busier historic district of downtown but there were plenty of people around on a Saturday night. It seems like local valets must use this lot so there were some nicer vehicles and a lot of movement. It was well lit and clean. I don’t feel it is any less safe than other downtown lots.

This parking garage has a huge issue with burglaries. There are multiple cars with their windows being smashed.

My car was broken into twice in one week during the day. When trying to resolve the issue, I was deferred in circles to different management. Management was nice about it but nothing was fixed. Even getting a security report for insurance was never resolved.

The problem is that the culprits are people with cars who buy day passes and scout potential victims. There are only three cameras- directed at the office and entrance and exit points. Anyone can park out of sight and break into your car in 5 minutes.

I had parked at this garage before with no occurrence, however the second time I had parked at this location on 01-28-22, a Friday my car was broken into. I’m writing this review because I was curious if anyone else who had parked at this location had their car broken into.

The Run Down:
I had parked my car on level 5, only one car on that level. I had parked on that exact floor the second time thinking everything would be smooth like the first time. I had paid for overnight parking. Anyways all the spots near the booth were taken which is why I parked on level 5. Again, parked their before.

When I arrived to my vehicle everything looked fine from an angle as I walked up and thru the staircase. As I got closer I noticed glass everywhere, a man broke into my driver side window. I have two dash cams, one in front and rear. I only caught audio because he was not caught from front or back, just his voice. This con came from an angle to avoid being seen. He took my bags from my back seat.

I give this location a 1 star because my car was broken into thinking my property would be protected. So, if my experience aids you just be aware that this garage is 50/50 split. One night your car doesn’t get broken into, the next time it does leaving you with a bill of $175.00 for a new window.
