After talking to a few Subaru dealers in the region and getting price quotes I say with some authority Fitzgerald Rockville was by far the most accommodating and easiest to work with.

I was assisting my elderly mother and father buying a new car. The first new car they had purchased in 34 years. The entire team was very patient with me and my family. Took the time to communicate all the important features and answer our questions.

I was able to coordinate online before coming into the showroom. He gave me all the information I need and did not harass me or over communicate.

The pricing was also fair and transparent. Would highly recommend.

Kevin Mendoza was very helpful, very professional. He explained everything and kept me updated. I liked the video describing the condition of the car and what needed to done. Every one was polite and professional, including the young man who greeted me and wrote up the ticket for my car. I left feeling that my car had been in good hands and I was headed for a safe drive home.

Service here usually good, but not so today. Waited 30 minutes today for staff to bring my car around. Turns out they misplaced the ticket for the key in turnover between the office and the service valet. I suspected this had happened at 15 minute mark, but no one wants to make eye contact with a customer who looks like they need help, which is the real issue here. Recommendation: keep the service valet cart out front (photo below) staffed at all times and check in with customers who look like they’re waiting on something.

Explaining what was going on with the car repairs and was concerned for me because there were so many repairs when I just took it in for an oil change! Polite and professional. One of the worst experiences i’ve had at a dealership. Went in for my Subaru forester that had a humming noise, first they replaced the tires due to “warping” but based on a second opinion the tires did not need replaced. This was over the fourth of July where they were closed for one day, yet it took them over 2 weeks to service my car. I did not get a loaner for the first week then they finally offered one but when I got there to pick it up, they said I was to young and would have to have someone else rent it for me…I went to the Rental place and they said nope your fine to rent it yourself… doesn't make any since to me. My service advisor assigned on the website did not even work there anymore so I could not check the status online. Each time I reached out I was put on hold or got a different answer from each person I talked to. Then when my car was finally done I go to pick it up and every single service light and check engine light is on… after two weeks of being there and a worker driving it over to me, didn't check before? I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future to get serviced. Bad customer Service, do not recommend!

Sales- the salesperson worked with me over the phone in getting what I want. Everything went smooth and painless. We only needed to spend an hour and 40 minutes inside the dealership. It’s the quickest car buying experience I had so far.

Service- I only had my first preventive maintenance here so far, so this may not mean much, but it was quick, and the waiting area is comfortable. I didn’t need to get coffee and snacks, so I can’t speak for those, but they offer those for free while you wait. Bathrooms are clean, too.
