Swickard Acura has a professional and courteous staff. The showroom is clean nicely set up. Dave was easy to work with and Vivian made my wife and I feel welcomed. Working with Aron, Eitan, and the team was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very welcoming and personable from the time my mom and I walked in the dealership. We never got the pushy car salesperson vibes from them at all. I knew exactly what car I wanted. After I test drove it, I let them know how much I wanted my monthly payments, and how much I was willing to put down and I couldn’t budge on those numbers. I didn’t have to haggle and they were able to get me everything I wanted and a little bit more! They took care of me from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way. I just purchased my first Acura, and I couldn't be any happier! Upon arrival I was greeted by both Vivian (General Sales Manager) & Gary (Sales Associate), and it set the positive tone for my car purchasing experience. Gary was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and made it a fun experience from beginning to end, especially with his uplifting, genuine humor. We became instant friends! His attention to detail and ensuring I knew all pertinent info about my new car made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I know I can reach out to him with any questions. I already did after I left, and he answered them thoroughly!
Vivian was very professional and accommodating the entire time I was there. You can tell she knows her job very well and it comes to her like second nature. I didn't feel pressured at any point, and she made sure I was comfortable with my choices. I appreciated her commitment to her customers and job, too. I felt at ease the entire experience and it's evident the "TLC" is not only about the car but also the level of service provided.
Dave in Finance was also pleasant to work with. He explained all documents and made the process seamless.

Purchasing a car can be stressful. I went to multiple dealerships looking for a car that would suit my lifestyle and budget. I always had negative experiences and felt so pressured up until I walked into Acura. Nikita is awesome! He is honest, informative, and patient. Bahar the finance man was great as well.
