I chose this practice because of the amazing reviews. Unfortunately I've had a different experience. I saw one of the nurse practitioners who referred me for an ultrasound. After following up with her, she told me she recommended physical therapy. But before I came I had already been to physical therapy and they had referred me here. And she knew that. So then she said she was going to follow up with Dr. Lotze for what would be best for my care and call me back the next day. I've never heard from her since. It's been 6 days. And I've placed a follow-up call. Basically wasted my time and money on an ultrasound to get dropped as though I never existed. Oh-and the nurse practitioner has repeatedly said that if you need to go to the bathroom frequently, it's a behavior and to not do it. Okay cool. So a urogyn specialist Who thinks that urinary urgency is a behavior. Noted. I was so hopeful after reading these reviews, too.

From my initial visit, to subsequent visits, he has always listened attentively and recommended the best treatment for my condition. Great job with communication. I was immediately set at ease at our pre visit when Dr. Lotze took time to review my past medical records, explained clearly what my procedure will entail, and allowed me to ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed or anxious while speaking to him. After the surgery, he took time to come check-in with me and my husband. Gave us lots of great advices and help set expectations of what we can expect after being discharged from the hospital. Great experience overall! Thank you!

I wish there was an option to give more than a 5 star on this Doctor. Dr Lotze is by far the best when it comes to women's health! He is super compassionate, and actually LISTENS to you! He makes sure you understand what's going on and doesn't make you feel rushed at your appointments. I had to have 2 surgeries with him and I couldn't have asked for a better team. They follow up, and no matter what time of the day/night they call you back when you need them. Whether you are scheduled to see Dr. Lotze, or Mary Umble....YOU ARE IN THE BEST HANDS PERIOD! I especially appreciated Dr.Lotze coming and speaking to me right before surgery on July 3, 2024! He was very encouraging! The nurse practitioner and medical assistants were very encouraging at the post surgery office visits, also!
