Dr. Cherches has been my neurologist since I was 34 years old, I am 51 now. I see a few bad reviews. Personally, I love his staff, they've always been very helpful to me and call back that day or next day. Dr. Cherches will always make the best recommendations regarding medications, that is, whatever is clinically proven. If you want to try something outside the box, he's probably not the doctor for you, which is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star review. I had wanted to try a couple of different medications, namely low-dose Naltrexone, which he really wasn't on board with. If you want to talk about food/nutrition, he is going to tell you what is the standard recommended nutrition by the American Heart Association, etc. He's not really going to talk about different diets that you bring up (Swank, Dr. Terry Wahls). He's not dismissive so much about these diets as, he just is going to go with what is clinically proven. I suppose this is something that should be expected in a doctor. Regarding bedside manner, I'd give him an 8 out of 10. He is hard to see, so, you need to expect to get an appt in a few months. This is a good sign that he is a good doctor.

Mike Bloom and Dana Robinson have been very pleased with Dr. churches and with the fact that he calls his staff calls and gives you the results of the test immediately and you don’t have to come in and get them

I tried to get an appointment here on several different accounts throughout the last couple of years. I'm sure Dr. Cherches is skilled and knowledgeable. However, the office never picks up the phone, so I obviously cannot get an appointment. Now, my prescription/referral has expired. The wait to see a doctor is already long enough. Making a simple appointment should not be a barrier to health care. There are already too many barriers to health care as it is.

I have been wanting to schedule an appointment all day today, I have not been able to get a hold of the schedule coordinator KAREN! Left voicemails & can’t get a call back from her. Try to speak to Evie (assuming is front desk) and her response was we only take so many patients with the insurance I have!? Doesn’t make sense! It’s a shame I see so many bad reviews how the doctor is a wonderful one, but his staff are just helpless! & I completely agree. Hopefully the office manager can see all these bad reviews regarding the doctor’s staff and fix the issue.

I can honestly say that Dr. Cherches to me is #thepeoplesneurologist he is very friendly, compassionate and caring. He listened to everything I had to say concerning my health issues. After that he administered a complete body physical then again after a few more questions we then discussed my diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and concise when explaining everything to me. He really made me feel at ease. I have complete confidence in him for me to have a complete recovery! You are a blessing Sir!

After spending many years going to different doctors, I am so happy that I found Dr. Cherches. I have been a patient with him for over 6 years now and he has successfully determined my diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and I have seen lasting success. Not to mention when I felt like something wasn't working for me, he worked alongside me to find a solution. B in the office is amazing. She fought my insurance over my treatment and made sure I got what I needed.

I’m rating one star to the office stuff which is absolutely useless. They NEVER return calls, neither checking their voice mail box, there’s always a problem with scheduling or waiting list.
