Dr. Haas is amazing. She's one of the first doctors I ever had who listened to me and truly put me first in figuring out care. She figured out my weight is a symptom of other things going on with my thyroid/hormones rather than writing me off like previous doctors had. I experienced infertility for 6 years prior to Dr. Haas, and her care put me on the right track to now having two beautiful boys. She also taught me how to advocate for myself with other doctors who would not listen. That alone showed me the true care she has for her patients and it extends beyond the appointment time. You can expect that during appointments she will get to know you as a person rather than a cold, clinical experience. In the 6+ years I've seen Dr. Haas she's always kind, considerate, personable, and professional.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Haas for 17 years and has had nothing but wonderful experiences. Romana is understanding, kind, and thorough. She has never failed to listen, to help him through difficult situations, or to recommend the best possible treatment and technology for his Type 1 diabetes. Some of the reviews on this site sound as though these people saw a different doctor. We have never known her to be anything but polite, compassionate, and highly competent. She has advised us by telephone when we have been out of state, spoken with pharmacies regarding lost or forgotten prescriptions when we were on vacation, and worked diligently to be certain that my husband had the best possible care under all circumstances. Dr. Haas is very matter-of-fact, honest, and forthright with her patients, a particularly important skill when dealing with the functions of invisible organs. My husband has had Type 1 diabetes since 1965. He saw numerous other endocrinologists prior to finding doctor Haas. None of them met our demanding standards for medical care. Dr. Romana Haas does. We highly recommend her!

We (my son and I) have been going to Dr Haas for several years and absolutely love her!! Lisa is awesome too!! She is very caring, kind and thorough. We are both very sad to leave her practice as the drive is getting to difficult. We live in Wyoming and ends up being a total of an 8 hour drive.

I agree with another poster who said they felt disrespected as someone try to receive care. During the appointment Dr. Haas made several comments and complaints about other patients and didn't seem to listen or remember what I had said in the appointment. Overall I felt like I wasn't able to get the help I needed and have waited years to try to see a new Endocrinologist.

Billing was also a disaster, they wouldn't take payment by phone or on their website- only accepting checks. They triple billed me for the 1 appointment I had. Even with a receipt code seemed to struggle to figure out a $15 payment that was already made.

Overall I would recommend avoiding this practice.

I was referred here by my doctor. I called every week for four weeks trying to get an appointment. After four weeks, I finally heard back that they couldn’t see me for my condition. Total waist of precious time- this is my health, my life. Unacceptable.

Both Dr. Romana Haas and Lisa are truly caring professionals! My Wife and I were both patients in her practice. We always looked forward to our next appointment, something I find difficult to say about other Doctors. Dr. Haas is very positive and supportive.
