Well, Dr. Zand is indeed great! His assistant there is as well. The front counter is good as well but the one thing that isn't so great, and I'm sad to say, is when you call in, there is a message that doesn't give you any options for live conversation. I've left 4 messages so far, and talked once live with a person (finally got through after multiple attempts) and spoke to them regarding a prescription that was filled incorrectly. I gave all the correct information to have it filled at a pharmacy that I had pre-checked could fill it in the more convenient way. The person that took the call took all information and after three checks with that pharmacy, nothing has been filled yet. I've called back twice now, and left messages and the last message was today for someone to please call me so I could get some traction on this. I'm out of the prescription I take. The shorter version of the review would be, its very hard to get a problem resolved. I even went in today to give bloodwork and went to their office for in-person help, and no one could help me today as they were not in the office.

My experience with Dr. Zand and his staff over the past few years has been positive. I have called the office a few times and I always get a return call. Dr. Zand is caring and competent.

Update: they called immediately to resolve the situation. Hopefully they are able to correct the issue. I’m terrible with names but the guy that called was very nice and concerned about the long wait time.

Dr. Zand and Jennifer are amazing!! However trying to get someone in the phone is ridiculous!!! I’ve spent 30 mins on hold! Just to try and get an appointment. Either they need more staff of the front needs to do better. Seems most of the reviews are complaints about not being able to get anyone on the phone.

He is kind, patient, will tell you everything you need to know. He provided me with with wonderful referrals and is helping me reach a healthier life. The nurses and practitioners are wonderful. they made some staff changes so now this staff is very helpful and kind! If a problem occurs the staff is there to help. Thank you!

Dr. Zand is very thorough in explaining issues. His nurse practitioners are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very impressed with his practice.

They are overbooked they have a 3 month waiting period on when you can be seen. Would not recommend this doctor if you want to maintain your health. Doctor does not return calls as well.

Dr. Zand and Ms. Jen was great!! They were really nice and accommodating ❤️ The staff are also nice.

No follow up on getting prescriptions ... always have to call and get them to call it in. Getting in touch with them is so difficult. Service is bad.
