I was a regular customer, but yesterday I filled up with gas, the dispenser was very, very slow and ended up being cheated out of 1.5 gallons. I didn't try to figure out who was to blame. This may be a malfunction, but it may also be a scam. I am very disappointed, this has never happened before. If this happens again, I will no longer be your client.

Been a regular here for years, sometimes come in multiple times a day for gas or snacks. Always clean and staff is very on top of maintenance and cleanliness. Appreciate the cheap gas and the lowest prices on snacks and vapes compared to all other convenience stores on Ventura. Don't judge the
gas station by the name, they get extremely high quality gas and beat the gas stations across the street.

I only know the night crew because that's usually when I get gas ...They are so nice and helpful. Just because of the way they treat everyone that's why no matter what time you go they're busy. No matter how tiring and/or bad of a day you had the night crew always put a smile on everyone's face.

A super nice gas station/convenience store to use. I have been there many times and everyone including the owner is accommodating, polite, and pleasant. This is key to keeping a business and creating a repoire with your customers. Since gas stations in Los Angeles are everywhere, sometimes having superior customer service can make or break a business such as this.
